Incompetent and poor customer service. They made an easy decision for me not to using their service ever more.

Really bad customer service got cut off 5 times whilst on chat without issue being resolved. Thinking about changing phone network

Please avoid at all costs their customer service is truly awful. I am trying to get out of a contract that ended in July 2023 they just keep charging me and then lie that I have asked to cancel. Honestly I have never dealt with a company this bad please save your grief and go elsewhere.
