I order two bike tyres and the process for ordering and delivery was very easy and fairly quick. After receiving the tyres I noticed the size on the label attached to the tyre was different to the size on the tyre! A sent an email to query the difference and never received a response!!

I placed an order on 26th May 2021 - delivery date stated as 8-10th June (which in the internet world is pretty slow) and of course today I received an e mail stating that due to a "stock error" they do not have one of the items ordered even though it was stated as 'in stock' on their website.

After taking it to be serviced I was informed that the chain was too long, the front derailleur cable was the wrong one and the internal routing was really bad and causing the front derailleur to be incredibly stiff to move.
