“Ideally training should be prescribed individually, as should medication and lifestyle advice, according to each person's constitution, medical history,age needs and goals. And I say that as I was an NHS GP for 25years. Exercise and nutrition used to be a guessing game, with one size fits all, but these measurements mean that there is no guessing. You get to know what heart rate zones, that are individual to you, you should be working with to burn maximum fat, increase longevity and further increase fitness and strength levels. If you stick to the plan, which is in my case counterintuitive in that I am doing less work and seeing greater results. My overall fitness was good, but my fatburning efficiency wasn't. Working more on my zone 2 training with occasional short bursts of zone 4/5 training has actually improved my VO2 max. I also feel better in between. I am giving my body the chance to recover. This is a game changer for me. I am investing in my future quality of life and am the fittest I have ever felt at 55. Just doing the same high level workouts will not sustain you as you reach 40 and beyond. There is no judgment here. You can be tested whatever your weight, fitness and then get a bespoke program of nutritional guidance and exercise to upgrade your body to a more efficient mode.”

“Taking part in the testing has been invaluable. It has completely changed my way of training. You can see and feel the results of the training program after just a few weeks. You are supported throughout the process by a knowledgable and enthusiastic trainer. I couldn’t recommend taking part in this process more.”

“I would recommend Sirius to anybody looking to improve their health. Spencer will taylor your program to fit you and your body, whatever your lifestyle or fitness goals. Personally, I have seen great results in under 2 months, losing over 1 stone in weight while maintaining muscle. Extremely satisfied!”

“I’m post menopausal and over the last year I’ve lost control of my training, weight, nutrition etc. Everything’s changed for me and it was really getting me down! I made the decision to do the testing with Sirius and talking through the results after testing with Spencer was a real eye opener for me. It has highlighted areas I need to work on, what my weaknesses are and where my body is working well It is specifically tailored to me which is amazing! I’ve always been in the mindset that you train as much as possible and workout as hard as you can to get any results and to be really restrictive with diet. That is not the case at all!!!!! I do a cardio class and a resistance class and a lot of zone 2 training which I love!! I knew nothing about this before testing but it has proved to be a massive part of my training! And is really effective! I’ve got a recipe book with amazing meal ideas which have all the macros/calories there for me to keep track! I’m only 5 weeks in and I can already see and feel the difference! Spencer really knows his stuff and is really passionate about this testing and is always around to give guidance and encouragement when needed. I feel stronger, healthier and so much happier and I cannot recommend this enough! Everyone should do this and get a bespoke training programme and an insight into how there body works and what it needs so you can be the best version of yourself.”

“I would highly recommend this testing. Before I was tested, I trained daily, however I mainly did cardio with no real structure. This testing has given me direction in my training and nutrition. Spencer worked around what equipment I had at home and gave me a personalised training plan based on my test results. By adding resistance and zone 2 training sessions I have improved massively in my weak areas which was shown in my second test results. The second test results also give me a training plan to continue with and nutritional advice personalised to me. This means I will continue to see improvements. Spencer is very knowledgeable about the testing and is also very helpful as you continue through the plan.”

“It’s the structure and guidance I’d needed for a long time. With a training and nutrition plan detailed from my test results, it was never going to fail. There were no excuses to be made, as you couldn’t get anymore bespoke. It’s enabled me to grow stronger and healthier which is absolute gold!”
