“Overall the apron was very nice. We couldn’t get the bottle opener attached and had to use a zip tie. Obviously it was supposed to just snap on, but that was impossible.”

“Cute but thought they would be of better quality, material is pretty thin. Embroidery is smaller on one bag than others. I was a little disappointed but overall served its purpose.”

“I received my first decanter and the initial was poorly etched. I responded immediately and the staff responded quickly sending me a replacement immediately at not charge. Unfortunately the second was not any better than the first. Disappointing and saw no reason to expect a third. Poor quality control.”

“I ordered 3 gifts for family, the package was lost in the mail and no one would offer assitance until it had been lost for a week. Once the week had passed up, I asked if they could reship the order as one of my gift was already later and they told me that everything was sold out and they could only offer a refund. The very next day I checked the website and everything was in stock. Very disappointed and will not order again from this site.”

Additionally, our Standard Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days for delivery, this does not include weekends and holidays. Nevertheless, this is an unfortunate event. We'll do better in the future.
