The sales provider was polite and efficient, not pleased being charged over £50 extra less than a month in just because I'm moving address. Being a new customer they should not charge £25 just to update an address may not use this company next year

overall service was ok, that said the manager told me that I could expect some M&S vouchers for the policies that I took out.

Negotiated a great deal for me, but made too many mistakes in processing my policy, and didn't advise me of their claims process.

Fine overall very pushy throughout though. not impressed with Eastbourne supervisor curt and not particularly receptive of my situation sales lady fine

The Gloucester office are very friendly and helpful, so when I received a call from Josh Portman at A Plan about renewing my car insurance I listened. I only realised it was the Birmingham office after the call and I had agreed to renewing and had made a full payment. I was informed that it would be less than I was paying including rescue. But I later received a call informing me that my car was too old for the rescue plan and that the overall cost now would be higher unless I used the suggested and only rescue plan available to me. I complained and Josh said he would send some m & s vouchers as compensation and which I still have not received.

Your agent was extremely helpful. However shortly afterwards I found out I could have got a much cheaper insurance from my own insurance provider (AA). At the time I arranged my wife's insurance with you I was informed by your agent that he was sure he could get my 18 year old Grandson a much cheaper insurance than his current supplier, later to be told you couldn't help. So looks like next year my Wife will go to AA.

The whole family has been dealing with you for many years and the only reason you have not got a 'Very Good' as usual is because I was persuaded by my husband to take out car insurance with you and promised TWO £25 M&S vouchers from you for doing so, one for me and one for my husband. One arrived for me and when renewing the house insurance he was promised one would be sent, which never arrived. Your advertising clearly says BOTH people introducing a new client will be given a voucher! I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, J E Sides

Receiving the insurance details electronically only, has caused some problems as we like to keep a "hard copy." I have manged this for the Car Insurance but am not able to find the Email with the House Insurance details attached.

Look, both members of staff I have spoken to have been exemplary. Nobody , however, mentioned that you are paperless so I waited for weeks for a cover-note that wasn't going to arrive. Personally I would prefer an attachment to an e-mail rather than mention of a vault I can't access. Your price however was excellent in the present climate.
