I ended up in your website by error, or by carefully designed web management. However, having thought that I was with a different company I continued with the RFQ. Since I am now a customer my thoughts of your company are fairly pleasing and we will see over the coming year if I stay with you.

Liked the quote and M&S voucher. Did not like that it took several phone calls to get all the appropriate documentation for the Buildings & Contents Insurance and the Legal Cover.

Not particularly happy; like most insurance sites A-Plan takes an inordinate amount of time to complete what is a very simple purchase, ie insure a car for a year. It's not rocket science. There has to be a way for someone to make insurance purchase a simple quick procedure

The service was moderately okay on jacks behalf, but when it came to filling in my card details with the insurance company, for several days it kept saying that my card was invalid, but after I sent Jack a email about my card details it went through then and there.

A plan did not make me happy they just sold me insurance. It could have been smoother but I am also aware that it could have been a lot more haste.

Unable to rate A plan performance at this juncture, we have only been with you for a short time after many years with Clutterbuck and Lewis and good service with them year on year. I am sure you operate your service will match my previous insurer and look forward to receiving a high the high standard that we have become accustomed to.

IT didn't particularly make us happy. My wife's car insurance was a painful experience due to your practice of putting everything in a vault. It was not clear to her whether she was covered for everything she had asked for. The terms seemed to indicate that a single extra mile over the estimated annual mileage would incur penalties. She was very close to cancelling but fortunately this was resolved by good old fashioned communication with the Manager and hard copy being sent rather than vaulted. Old fashioned I know but sometimes much more comfortable for your more aged customers who have not been brought up with computers from the cradle.
