“I like to have all my insurances in one place but I think that what you charge for lots of insurances is a lot. I am looking at other insurances now.”

“You may be very good brokers, but I find your efficiency and persistence pretty intrusive. Once having one policy with me, it's felt like you've pestered me for more business. I understand the motive to grow your business, and it's a competitive market. But insurance matters much more to you than to me, and I have found myself wincing inside when I see a text, mobile call or answer message, or email from you. I prefer a lighter-tocuh approach please.”

“Found car insurance for slightly exotic uses at a lower price than I could find with any of the competition. Has given me similar good service over several years and several vehicles. Needed to be reminded to send things that were promised, but they came in good order and fairly fast. Also found house & contents insurance with good terms and price.”
