“I placed an order from their easy to navigate website, which had a great choice of products. Their delivery service was excellent and when I made contact they were eager to help me get my order the next day, even though the order was placed after 4pm. Very satisfied with this company.”

“Lovely product, great price & quick delivery. Only negative is that when the plaque had been packaged, the string was tucked in to the front of the plaque rather than behind, and has left a greasy mark. Managed to get most of it off with a Microsoft cloth, but can still see slight residue.”

“Order taken by phone efficiently and confirmation e-mail received immediately. I liked the fact that I was given a tracking number to check with Royal Mail as to the progress of my delivery. On the day of despatch, I telephoned as I hadn't received the promised e-mail, only to discover that the member of staff who had taken my order, was off sick. Fortunately, another staff member dealt with my query and assured me that my order would be despatched at 4 pm that day.”

“Despite their initial error in my invoice which made total price £5 more they contacted me promptly as requested with apology and confirmation of correct amount. They were very polite and professional. The items I ordered for my baby were significantly better value than the same items in high street jewellers , came fast and in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised by quality of personalisation as I was little worried it may not be go high standard but it looks beautiful. Overall I would gladly re- purchase and recommend this company as very reliable.”
