“They were helpful and delivered on time. We ordered some extra bands for a party at fairly short notice and these were also sent on time. Both the temporary and and more permanent bands were of good quality.”

“Wrong product delivered on two occasions. Length of time to get products uplifted and replaced. I placed an order for lanyards and its taking weeks for delivery.”

Hi Jim, Many thanks for your review. It was incredibly unfortunate that your last order was littered with errors. I can assure you that it is not standard practice at Adband and we always aim to put measures in place to avoid the same thing happening again. In ref to your lanyard order, you we're advised before placing the order of our lead time and they are still very much on course to meet the estimated date. I very much hope that you will give us the chance to prove ourselves to you in the future.

“The lady I spoke to was very efficient and able to explain what stock you supply and at a very reasonable cost. It was then delivered the next day at no extra cost.”

“I was referred to Adband by one of their customers and the service I received was of the highest order. The product is first class and what you see is what you get at a superb cost. The service given was second to none and information was readily available in more than adequate detail. I needed to change the delivery address after the order was confirmed and this was no issue whatsoever. I have already received feedback from people who are using the product supplied and this is very satisfactory. I will definitely recommend Adband and will be using their services again in the near future.”

“Fab service. Fab quality. Rare service as not many can do the customised sweatbands! It would have been amazing if delivery could be faster but i understand it maybe a complex process. We did get it 1 day before promised date which was nice. Thank you guys!”
