“Usually have a great experience. This time however, the courier let us down. The website said their were no delays for our area. We ordered on the 28th. Ordering a few things before moving down South in a van we bought. We were certain they'd arrive in time. We have always had very fast deliveries. On the 1st we still hadn't received it. When I emailed, they replied on the 2nd (Saturday) they were down staff due to sickness and there would be delays. It wouldn't arrive until Monday. We were leaving on that day, I asked if there was somewhere we could pick it up for and got no reply. We left after mid day and then had a message from our now ex flatmate telling us it had been delivered (an hour after we left)! :( if we had a response, we would have stuck around and waited, but they had said Monday, so we didn't wait. I now have to organize how to get it sent down south at our own expense. Super devastated”

“Still waiting on the delivery to come through. The courier service used can't drop of my package because of the security of my apartment. Had to pay the courier service an extra $5 to either call me or message me to gain entry into the premises.”

“Listen i absolutely love your store however there needs to be ingredient labels or descriptions. I ordered a massage oil (part of a bundle) thats almond and soy based for a friend who is severely allergic. No where on your site did it state that it was almond and soy. It wasn't until it arrived that i found out. Everything else is great fast shipping, great packing and nice and discrete. But that was very much a let down”

“Unfortunately I haven't been able to use the purchased product and will be unable to do so until the new year. I paid extra for overnight/Saturday delivery and the item wasn't delivered until late Tuesday - by which I had already flown out of the area.”
