“Don’t buy if you think your delivery is coming from Australia. No idea what the story is, but the items came from NZ and took well over a week (including customs clearance etc). I did not expect this nor did I have any indication that a business operating a .com.au domain would ship from or operate in another country. Caveat emptor.”

Hi there - we detail in our About and shipping page we are based in New Zealand. We ship all around the world, so like other international companies such as Boohoo, we have different domains. This is to ensure you are charged correctly. I can see your parcel was delivered within the shipping timeframes advertised 😊

“Shipping well in excess of what was quoted. It's been two weeks and it's still in customs in Sydney. I didn't read the fine print saying it was coming from NZ.”

“Items ordered/received were as expected, though one was missing. When I advised the team I was told I was wrong. Fortunately, it was an inexpensive item, but as this customer service experience has left a bad taste in my mouth I will not be a repeat customer.”

“Delivery was a problem.My parcel was "in transit " in NSW for 5 days.After I lodged an inquiry my parcel arrived 2 days later !!!!!.The parcel was redirected but was done the first time I was given the option.”

“Great selection and helpful info to help make a decision. The only criticism is shipping times. While shopping on the Australian site, it's not clear that products are actually shipped from New Zealand which complicates and delays the receipt of products. Would prefer to cut the hold up in NZ.”

“Due to the coronavirus my parcel has been delayed with Australia post,its taken almost two weeks with only 3 updates on the shipping. This is obviously out of the companies and aus posts hand, just hope my parcel gets here”
