“I did a ton of research when I decided to start my new venture. I was so impressed with all of the aspects of the Aeon family and felt that it was the best option for me! When I started looking some of the "hobby lasers" out there, they were almost the price of the Mira 7 and the speed was hands down the best option to go, however I was getting better parts a faster machine which means more $$ and the customer service that comes along with it (which others did not have). From the lasers themselves, the customer service to the community that Aeon & Emily has brought to my business, I can't say thank you enough. I patiently waited during the COVID back log, but once I received my machine everything fell into place. I have needed support from time to time and the customer service from David, Ej, Lek and Aspen have all been wonderful and they are so fast to respond!! One day I will make it down to see the facility and all the awesome people that that are behind my machine. “I wanted to like them...but delay after delay, excuse after excuse, they no replies to email, machine isn't even here yet and I have a very sour taste in my mouth. They offered nothing in terms of easing the delays pains. I have lost thousands of dollars in revenue. Very amateurish outfit IMHO. They are quick to push you to buy and meet a sailing deadline, but once they don't, prepare for the previous mentioned.”
Matt, we sincerely apologize for having left a sour taste in your mouth, those were truly not our intentions. The shutdowns in China have been felt worldwide and while we were scrambling to adapt on our end, we experienced a breakdown in communication. No excuses, what we were doing to remedy the delays behind the scenes should have been more transparent. We'd also like to apologize for not being able to offer any form of compensation at this time. The Covid ripple effect will take us quite some time to recover from. On the bright side, we are happy to announce that our factory is back in full force and our new US-based facility will allow us to make up for some of the lost time.
