“Grâce à eux j'ai reçu un remboursement pour un vol avec 3h de retard Effectivement le temps que le dossier se fasse cela à pris 6 mois mais de toute façon c'était du temps de perdu Très heureuse donc d'avoir eu un dédommagement concernant ce retour pourri par avion Le remboursement est très rapide j'avais une question posé par mail le dimanche et à ma grande surprise j'ai eu une réponse détaillée dans l'après midi même Une fois les éléments fournis on m'a confirmé le reste de mon remboursement et un dossier clos Très satisfaite de vos service Merci encore à vous”
