“I like the software very intuitive and easy to use it. The detection of the location with timezone is nice. Maybe you can find something for the tag, because a lot of peoples forgot evey day to tag the call, and that represent a lot of time lost yearly without taking calls ... I like the filter option to.”

“Seit der Einführung von Aircall haben sich sämtliche Prozesse rund um das Telefonieren in unserem Service stark verbessert! Alles läuft schneller, intuitiver, anschaulicher, in nur wenigen Klicks. Anrufe und damit Kundenanfragen gehen nicht mehr verloren. Alles in allem ist Aircall ein sehr gutes und effizientes Werkzeug, mit dem ich äußerst zufrieden bin.”
