Trying to reserve seats for two travel passes and cannot see how, although your website clearly says seats can be reserved for travel passes. Frustrated.

The service itself is great to get from the airport to Dublin city centre and further South. However, the system used to announce the stops is terrible, especially if you’re a tourist or if Dublin is unfamiliar to you. The driver says the stop, but unless you’re sitting up at the front it’s impossible to hear him. I missed my stop as a result and had to wait and get off at the next stop instead. Not ideal when you have 2 large suitcases and have arranged for someone to pick you up at a specific stop. An announcement system like they have on the Luas telling you the stop and the upcoming stop would be so much better. Or simply providing the driver with a microphone would lessen the confusion. Or a bus stop button like they have on Dublin bus would also be a good idea. The service is decent, but could definitely be improved.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback about your experience with Aircoach. We are sorry that you missed your stop due to the difficultly of hearing the driver when he announced it. We really appreciate your suggestion for adding an announcement system or providing a bus stop button to help lessen the confusion. We are open to suggesting and making improvements to how we can provide a better service to our customers. Could you tell us more about what we can do to make things better? We'd really appreciate any additional feedback or advice you can provide. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

The bus driver was rude and wouldn’t let us put our heavy suit case is the bottom of the bus so we had to lift a 20kg bag up the stair. This is poor health and safety and customer service. Now I have a sore back for my trip away. Thanks

Thank you so much for bringing your experience to our attention. We are sorry to hear that sometimes our services with the 700 route have been so unreliable. The fact that you were not allowed on even with a booking and previously you experienced a delay is not the experience that we'd like you to have. We are working hard to keep our services as consistent and reliable as possible. This service should run every 15 minutes during busy periods. Although we strive to provide the best service possible unexpected delays unfortunately can and do happen.

Ridiculous to go through dublin centre for 2 people on the way up from cork to dublin airport.waste of time for a lot of people onboard particularly at peak traffic time

Thank you for taking the time to share your Aircoach experience with us. We are sorry to hear that your time on board was less than satisfactory, especially during peak traffic time. It is our intention to ensure that all passengers receive the best experience possible during their journey so would be grateful if you could provide us with a little more information about the difficulties you experienced going from Cork to Dublin Airport. We hope this information will enable us to make necessary changes so that we can offer our passengers a smoother journey. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention.

You really have to double up on your service, as before. A bus every 2 hours is not good enough.

Booked a direct bus from Dublin Airport to Derry. Not direct had to change buses in Belfast haul my suitcase on and off buses as drivers do not do it for you. Always used translink as I travel alot back to translink. Also rude driver at Dublin. Two elderly at bus in Dublin could barely get their luggage on terrible

Due to operational reasons, switching buses may happen. With the company health and safety protocols, drivers are not obliged to assist passengers with the lifting of or moving of luggage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Driver and staff very friendly. Coach very comfortable Great service Disappointed that the toilet door was locked. But Im sure it will be rectified. Ovetall a great service However I have booked my return journey to Belfast with Dublin Express as I sometimes need a toilet because of a health condition. I will see what I think of myjourney with Dublin Express

- The bus app does not work - no bookings are visible - The bus does not arrive at the time for which you booked a ticket - If you are too early or the bus is too late you can be refused entrance to the bus - The flex-tocket is not flex at all -

I understand that Aircoach often provides timely service across Ireland. Unfortunately the first and only time I used it was after an early morning international flight, with a teen and preschooler in tow, in a chilly rain, and the bus was an hour late with no notification until we had already stood there for an hour. Then there was no heat on the bus. Or toilet paper in the restroom. So I will be thinking twice about riding again 😂

Thanks so much for your honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with Aircoach - that must have been very stressful with young kids involved. We sincerely apologize for the lateness of the bus and the lack of warmth and amenities onboard. We appreciate your taking the time to let us know about it and we'd like to make it up to you. Can we ask how we can improve this experience for you in the future? We take feedback very seriously and would love to learn what we can do to make your experience better in the future. Thank you again for your time.

Travelled on the 2:30pm Coach from Dublin Airport to Cork yesterday (30th). Bus arrived approx 15 mins late Not an Aircoach Bus but a private operator. Driver obviously was not familiar with route. Got lost in Dublin city centre. Missed the turn to join the M50 and ended up driving across country to join N7 via Newcastle. Passengers were giving driver directions to get back on the Cork road. Arrived in Cork 1 hour late. Not good enough

Service worked perfectly on the journey from Dublin airport to Drumcondra on Sunday 29th October but the return bus journey was very disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes early to the bus stop for our 17.53 booking. A bus flew passed without stopping at 17.45 (presume this was an earlier bus that was late??) and then another bus did not arrive until 18.15 so no bus at 17.53 or 18.00. It is stressful when you are going to the airport for a flight and you don't know how long to wait or pay for a taxi. There was no number to call as they are closed after 5.30. I think an app with realtime arrival times would improve the service. I would question whether to use this service again.

Good service friendly drivers unfortunately there is NO TOILET on the bus from Derry to Dublin. the bus does stop at Belfast International Airport for 10 minutes, just enough time to us the facilities there. If traveling with children or adults with medical problems it is a nightmare as the bus will cannot stop. Sarah

Used Aircoach for the first time booking the 703 service from Dublin Airport, departing at 13:35 on October 11th. The driver was unfriendly, abrupt, and had absolutely no manners or care towards his passengers. I understand the job is likely hard, and everyone has off days, but his unfriendliness set the tone for the rest of our vacation. From popping open the luggage compartment without a word and grunting for passengers to place their suitcases inside (no help offered whatsoever and not a word spoken, just grunts and gestures), to then watching me try to scan my QR code on the reader with disdain while shaking his head at me like I was an idiot, it did little to ease my worry. Turns out he didn't need to scan anything, just grunted about where I was going and scribbled it down on paper instead of looking at my booking ticket. Why bother making all these rules and systems and sending me a QR code if your own staff don't follow or endorse them? Communication is key and this worker was acting like a caveman. Little need to treat me like an intellectual amoeba when he couldn't even speak or communicate properly. Crammed into the coach with passengers ignoring everything advised against: keeping bags on chairs, yammering loudly, ignoring seatbelts, swearing up a storm behind me... The driver mumbled every stop en route and I had to keep Google Maps open on my phone to know where I was, he was that unintelligible. When it was our stop, we thanked him and got off, then he just stared at us as we asked about our luggage placed in the hold earlier. Without a word he got up from his seat (God forbid) popped the compartment open, watched us heave our suitcases out, then without a word crawled back into his seat and drove off. Gobsmacked and hope this isn't normal customer service in Ireland. Felt unwelcome and the whole experience was uncomfortable borderline hostile. Two stars for the price and gets you where you need to be, but I will be avoiding Aircoach in the future and advising others to do the same. Wish I took some of the poorer reviews more seriously.

I used the service several times and was satisfied with the service. However, last time the driver was really rude and hostile. He was not aware of the terms printed on the ticket (i.e., even though, the language on the ticket states the following: "To board, you must be able to scan the QR shown above on your phone or by printing this e-mail or the attachment" the driver wanted to refuse to accept it; the same issue as it was described by others too), and he seemed to totally forget that he was supposed to serve the customer(s) and not the other way around. I gave 2 stars due to more pleasant past experience.

Ok so 20 mins late not too bad but when the driver has to manually enter my booking code and not use a scanner with the qr code it added huge amount of time for the boarding process adding further delays. Come on guys this is the 21st century!

You don't accept cash payments and don't accept payment with a pin card. You accept only contactless cards. I was not able to buy ticket with a driver. Cash is a legal mean of payment in Ireland. Not accepting it is a discrimination.

Unreliable. From airport to city was ok but return on 25/09 another matter. 14:00 coach didn’t arrive, nor did 14:15, then 14:30 had not turned up by 14:35 so I took the public bus 16 to avoid missing flight so had to pay again (I had already seen three no 16 buses come and go while waiting so very frustrating).

Thank you so much for your feedback, Andrew. We're sorry that what happened with the return on 25/09 was so frustrating and it certainly sounds like a less than ideal experience. We strive to run a reliable and punctual service so it's disappointing for us to hear that this wasn't the case in your journey. Our goal is to provide a consistent level of service and convenience and we've obviously not provided that for you. It would be really helpful if you could elaborate a bit more on your experience so that we can look into it and put measures in place to avoid it happening again. Are there any specific actions that we can take to make your experience better going forward? We appreciate the time you spent sharing your feedback and we would really value any additional information you can provide.

Having a service that only operates every 2 hours on a Friday evening at 8pm when the airport is packed, and especially when I paid extra for a flexible ticket, complete waste time. I gave 2 stars only because the customer lady was pleasant.

Thank you Billy for taking the time to review your experience with Aircoach. It is greatly appreciated. We are sorry to hear that the service did not meet your travel needs on Friday evening. The Flexi is there to allow passengers to change the date and time of their ticket. In order to make things better, we are reviewing the 702/703 route and discussions are ongoing with the NTA. Thank you for your time.
