“Professional drivers with excellent manners. One item that needs attention and that is the temperature in the coach. It is very warm or cold. Hard for th driver to asses since he sits right in front, but and thing to watch out for.”

“way better all round in comparison to bus eireann but no toilet on the bus and no toilet break from Cork to Dublin. This is not good.”

“Would have been an Excellent rating if the wi-fi on the coach was switched on! We had to finalise our online check-in for our flight from Dublin airport but were unable to as no internet access. Apart from that the journey was smooth and hassle free.”

“good reliable service from Cork to Dublin. Coaches are clean and drivers are usually friendly and helpful given the challenges they must face daily on the roads. “Really good service and driver 3rd oct at 1.30am , coming home 13th on the 4oclock from dublin the driver had us on edge , he was hoking in his pockets for sweets and drinks driving with 1 hand while weaving in and out of traffic .”

“The driver was prompt on pick up and delivery and the ride was comfortable. Only suggestion is to clarify if signs posted on Masking requirements should be followed as it was not clear based on driver not wearing mask.”

“I also bought a ticket through the app - I did not realise that I could not specify the date and time of travel when I bought it and also that I was not guaranteed a seat - I think that the app should allow you to buy a ticket for the specific date and time”

“The last coach I took was from Dublin to Cork. The seats were bigger than the usual ones and we're very comfortable. The only snag was, the driver was driving rather slow on the motorways.”

“Absolutely no issue with the service or drivers. The last driver was a very pleasant gentleman. As a pensioner I am very disappointed that you still do not accept the travel pass on the Galway/Dublin route as was the case with the service that you replaced, and available on Citylink”

“The bus was very comfortable but with the loop through the city centre makes the journey from Killiney just over 1 1/2 hours which seems excessive and on the way home I chose public transport instead ..took the same time”
