Don't use that bus service! WE endet up paying for a normal city bus because the aircoach did not show up because all the buses were full! I mean wtf?? We needet to catch our flight... Payed 12 Euro for that scam! FU aircoach!

The 702 to Dublin Airport didn’t turn up on Friday 17th November at 15:20. Tired to call, line went dead, tried to contact via Facebook, no response. Very stressful when you’re trying to get to the airport. Had to pay extra and travel with Dublin Express.

On wednesday 9th november I waited for the 700 service bus for 30 minutes and it didn´t show up, the timetable was 8:41 am from Westmoreland St (Dublin). I bought the ticket in advance, so I lost my money (no refund offered), plus I had to pay for a taxi and I got at the airport just in time for my flight. Terrible experience!

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable as per the T&Cs agreed when purchasing a ticket online. Refunds will only be given if Aircoach has not provided the service booked. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The bus is 40 minutes late, I missed my flight and there was no apology, the driver was rude, shouting at people. What a disgusting experience. Ireland is a disgrace.

I took the 1pm (Clayton Hotel Leopardstown) today. I took it at 1.10 at StRaphaelas, Stillorgan. I was giving myself plenty of time to catch my 15.10 flight. We travelled into Lower Leeson Street, stopping at the usual Aircoach stops and picking up passengers. When we arrived at the LrLeesonSt. stop some passengers got on. Then, the driver left the coach amd entered the building directly beside the stop. I assumed he was using the facilities. Some 15 minutes later, the driver hadn’t appeared. We, the passengers were concermed, some leaving the coach and taking the next one that stopped. When the third Aircoach stopped, the remaining passengers, including myself, took that coach and continued our journey. We reached Dublin Airport at 15.05! My flight gate had closed at 14.45, I MISSED MY FLIGHT. It was necessary for me to book another flight to Malaga. The next flight was tomorrow at 07.25, the flight cost €75, a concessionary cost for ‘missed’ flights. I would like to know 1. Was the driver ill amd did he recover? and 2. Is Aircoach going to compensate me for my missed flight. Regards, Tom Gavin

Poor customer service When there are known delays even though they have your details they make no attempt to contact you When their buses are very late there is no refund given you just need to accept and get a taxi

10:25am service from Dublin Airport to Cork, was delayed due "to traffic problems". A recovery bus finally arrived just before 11am and proceeded to Terminal 1 where it's still sitting at 11:13. A delay of nearly 50 minutes is not acceptable, why advertise a schedule when not keeping it. Apart from an email at 10:28, no communication from Aircoach people on the ground. 11:17am FINALLY leaving terminal 1, 52 minutes behind schedule, and no even an apology for delay from driver or any staff member.

The bus was >30 minutes late & we had to flag a taxi lest we missed our flight. There should be some way of communicating thus with booked customers. I will never trust Aircoach again

Waited over 40 minutes for the return to the airport and neither of the services that should have been arrived in that time did. It meant my ticket price was wasted and I also had to pay for a taxi. Poor service.

I'm trying to log in and can't remember what password I used - and there is no "forgot password" button. That's a badly designed login page. Anyway, why do I need to log in? I would prefer not to log in and minimise the amount of info that Aircoach have about me and my activity. Not impressed!

Clearly lack of buses this morning. First 2 were full, waited 25mins for next one then we were told it wasnt for city centre when it clearly said city centre. Waited a further 10 mins before next coach arrived. While waiting at least 4 Dublin Express coaches departed for city centre. Not a good experience.

Bud left five minutes earlier than planned, arrived at bus stop five minutes before departure, no phone call form driver before departing, now been left stranded and unable to contact office

As customers must be at the stop 10 minutes before the departure time, if there is no-one at the coach stop the driver can use his discretion and leave before his allotted time within reason.

Needed to travel Cork to Dublin and booked 2 seats on aircoach, when I returned to site after verifying bank details the session had timed out. I began again and when checking my account I was charged twice. Aircoach refused to refund one of the transactions, though admitted they could see the same transaction took place 6 minutes apart. Spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who was very helpful, saying it was sorted and then received an email saying the opposite. Unprofessional, unhelpful in general.

I was waiting for bus 700 at 3:30 am on Friday 11/10/2023 and the bus was full. The next bus at 4:00 am was also full. Why there is no information at the bus stop? Terrible service!

Was refused to board the coach to the airport despite having return ticket. The driver stated it's only for online bookings. So had to get taxi to the airport. Very disappointed and annoyed.

This company rips people off. They offer no refunds on tickets you want to cancel and if you have booked as 4 people and one wants to travel at a different time you can't change this. Only way is to buy a new ticket again with no refund . Total rip off
