On my first journey by coach since Covid, I just travelled from Cork to Dublin Airport on the 10am service. Coach was spotless, the Driver was very organised (place bags here for city centre, here for Terminal one suitcases etc.) He also was very understanding and helpful when a few pax asked if it was possible to turn off the cold air, explaining that it would heat up shortly (which it did) He also ask us to wear headphones, if using personal devices (which I appreciated greatly) He was a careful driver and gave service with a smile. Thank you to our driver, Peter for getting us to Dublin safely.

Just want to compliment your agent Laura on her excellent customer service. My flight was delayed by 3 hours and I had no way of changing booking to a later time due to limited internet access on board plane, I have Laura all my details and she was able to change my booking to a later bus , great service highly recommended, 5 ✨

As nice as most drivers are I’ve no idea why vaping outside the bus door when boarding - Belfast or Dublin is ok. No anti smoking or vaping or would deny drivers a rest or break but the vaping while engaging with customers is common place. I’ve had active smoke in my face ! It’s not intentional but totally acceptable. Also blasting radio or dance music especially on late buses ? Customers have no choice but to listen to it no matter where they choose to sit.

Just want to say I met your driver in Dublin Antonio today. He was the most exceptional kind helpful driver and customer service person I have ever had in my 40 years. He not only helped he made sure all my needs were met. Please give him a pay increase and put his face to your company marketing. A amazing man!! Ye are very lucky he works for your company and another company dont take him from ye!!!!

Data wasn't updated for the Transport for Ireland site. 706 still appears as an active service, so I'm left stranded, will miss my train connection in maynooth. Please update your info about your services.

Booked air coach for Belfast international to Derry. It was running behind 45mins approximately. Went and got a breakfast and missed it..Was able to use the same ticket! For the next ‘’on time bus’’ So was absolutely delighted phoned the guy in Belfast twice to ask about tickets and times..he was very accommodating Thank you great service!! 👏🏻

Waiting in the cold 20 minutes. No sign of bus. So much for a service every 25 minutes. People in Q getting annoyed. Wait time is very poor Will go by taxi next time

AIRCOACH cancelled my bus and refunded for the single journey (I booked return) then they proceeded to issue tickets for the journey again only for the bus not to show up.. 6 people at depot waiting for it. Customer service is useless. First and last time ever using this pathetic service.

Bus arrived 20 minutes late, terrible- how reliable are the schedules? We also couldn’t find the tracker and therefore didn’t know if the bus was coming at all.

Travelling from Cork to Dublin airport is never a pleasant experience, especially when travelling very early in the morning. The sits are uncomfortable and the bus is always packed. This was not the case six/five years ago. I would rather fly from Cork to avoid taking the aircoach but flights from Cork are very limited.

Booked the Aircoach online to take the 700 bus at 9am from the Morehampton stop to the Dublin Airport. The Bus did not show up. We arrived early at 845am so we defiantly did not miss it. We waited until 9:20 until when we were forced to take an Uber as we would have been late for our flight. I emailed them enquiring about a refund and they told me that according to their computers system the bus arrived there on time which it DIDN'T. They would not issue a refund or offer an resolution. They then didn't respond to my email. Transit in Dublin is a joke in general but these guys are the worst. Avoid.
