“I had my workday all planned out. Communication was good, it's best to ring them once you have sent the money through. Emails are a bit of a slow method. They completed the purchase after a few hours and continuously kept in touch until I had pick up the aircond. I will purchase again from them because they have very competitive prices on high quality air-conditioning. Best regards Peter”

“Actual site and ordering process was good, product is fine but delivery took an unacceptable amount of time from order. After paying $35 dollars for delivery I heard nothing for a week was about to call to chase it up and I got a call from you asking to confirm my address (why it would be different to the shipping address I provided you i'm not sure) I confirmed my address, expecting it to be out for delivery but it was just after another week later it finally arrived.”

“I am a customer who believes that good honest service wins every time. This is the second time I have dealt with Nigel and his team directly and my first purchase. Both times there was some technical detail and they were all over it and sourced the correct units despite my being told by the local suppliers they were unavailable to residential customers in WA. Personal phone calls, e-mails and help on the freight, I could not have asked for more. Units tracked and delivered. Brilliant advice, service and beat any price offered. Besides that I was able to use the website to find and refine the design parameters I was looking for.”

“My understanding was that Daikin are made in Australia. The unit delivered is made in Thailand!!”

While Daikin has manufacturing facilities in Australia, they also have manufacturing facilities in other countries, including Thailand. It's possible that the unit you received was manufactured in their Thai facility.
