“I bought the Stainless Steel Trash pull out.
1) It has a poor, and unusual design that mounts to the sides instead of the bottom. It makes mounting and leveling very difficult depending on your cabinetry! Terrible design.
2) The handle is cheap looking and uncomfortable on the hand since it's just a piece of bent stainless that is a bit rough/sharp. So I intentionally broke it off and am buying a better quality one to mount to it.
3) The stainless front panel was loose because it wasn't crimped well on one side, again, low quality.
4) Given the low/average quality overall, I can't believe this costs more than a couple hundred $. A better one would cost less than half.”

I called the manufacturer instead. It took them two weeks to answer the question. The problem is solved now. In addition, there was no bill of sale, packing slip, warranty card, nor owner's manual in my box in which the unit arrived. To say the least I am very disappointed in your company. The price was better than buying directly retail from Medify but I clearly know why now- no customer service.”

So sorry about that! The results are emailed directly from the lab to the customer for privacy reasons and for whatever reason they often go to to spam. Can you check there? Would be something from Pure Air Controls. That said, I will request that they resend those results!

Hello! We ship direct from the manufacturer who has been severely overloaded and so has your local UPS center, which is delaying pickups as well. As mentioned in other review replies, we had a phone issue which has been corrected and yes we have been overwhelmed for a few days. Most units ship direct from the manufacturer and we send those tracking numbers as soon as we receive them. So definitely not a scam, sorry it seemed that way to you. Also--many manufacturers have delays right now getting parts which has caused a few delays in shipping, tracking, etc.
