“50% of the money for their services. The worst one is, they never mentioned how much charge you. Absolutely disappointed. Stay away from companies like them!”

“I was browsing the website and to my surprise a claim was created despite not completing it. I checked their terms and cancelled the claim within a few hours. I got suspicious that I received no confirmation so I called them to cancel it. Again received no confirmation, but after the 2nd call I got the written confirmation. A few days later they still proceeded to go ahead with the claim on the airline! All within 14 days cooling period. If the claim is not fully stopped, I may have to take legal action.”

“They mislead clients on their website and on the phone, saying how much the compensation is going to be. They fail to mention that they deduct 35%, admin fees and God know what else. It's a dishonest marketing, misleading clients and very poor customer service.”

“They were very speedy and got my compensation quickly. However, they took 35% plus VAT plus £50 per person plus VAT for admin. In effect they ended up with more of the compensation than I did. Note to self - do more research next time and go direct.”

“I placed a claim after my flight was delayed back in October 2023, despite many chases’ communication is non-existent I suspect this company to be dishonest at best. No Updates and No compensation. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!”

“They did what they said they would and secured compensation for my delayed flight. I'm sure it would have been possible to manage this independently but feel that going through a professional organisation established to undertake this ensured a claim was successful whilst saving time and energy managing it personally.”
