“It is extremely bad, ordered a trolley prepaid, it was supposed to be delivered today d I have a trip tomorrow but last min changed the delivery date, no customer care members know how to proceed except wait,d supervisor available yo speak to. Wat is the use of customer care support if they don't know how to proceed , too bad , extremely disappointed, never using ajio again”

“Hi, I have very bad experience with ajio. I have returned my one item and my 2 exchange items also picked up with the return one. Then I raised the complaint and they said that we have not picked up your return item. I raised the complaint next day. Now they decline that we can't do anything. Even they don't refund my money. Ajio you should close this platform if you can't provide good service to user. Its very easy for you to say we can't do anything. If user purchase 50000 product you will also say the same thing. Very very bad experience. To all customers please don't purchase anything from ajio. They are fraud. Even I raised complaint two times and they closed one complaint without discuss anything with me. And second complaint also not resolved. Pathetic experience with AJIO.”

“I order Clarks Round-Toe Chunky Heeled Pumps, size 6, with Order No. FN9801507353 on 22 Feb 24, order was arrived damaged. I Immediately initiated the return and registered multiple complaints along photos evidence of the defected product. Finally on 29th Mar 24 after a month, I was informed that the issue is closed without any resolution. This entire experience caused me inconvenience and reflects poorly on AJIO's commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. As a consumer, I expect fair treatment, prompt resolution of issues, and adherence to the established return policies, none of which have been met in this case.”

I raised a return request , the parcel i received has no tag/label and bacause of this delievery boy has refused ((2 times)) to take that parcel back . 2-3 times i had a chat with the customer service, did mail ,did call but again and again they ask me to follow their steps and to wait for 48 hrs. etc etc but no one genuinly helped me.”

“They are the worst as I had asked my parents to order few stuff from India for me (little background, I live in USA and my parents live in India - they both are senior citizens). They delivered the wrong product and when we asked them to return it. They refused. They are harassing an old couple and it breaks my heart that in India these things are still preventing. Shame on you and your customer service. You are the worst and I highly recommend everyone to never order from this app. I hope you guys fail miserably and your owners should leave ode everything.”

“Ajio is a fake company they started scam business now a days.This is a fake site as per experience. When you order something and later you want to return it. They will make you fool. And after that you will loose your money and stuff both. Literally they are playing with emotions of customers..Don't buy products from this side after purchasing product if u want return or replace these guys are saying this particular product is not refundable or exchange.I called their helpline for 3 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool to be scammed so easily.”

“Ajio can be called *outright scammers*. I had ordered a pair of jeans from this app, what I received was a completely different style of torn jeans of different size, which obviously didn't fit me. When I placed a return request, the delivery agent refused pick up because I was not returning the item that I had ordered. Obviously! I had received a different item than I had ordered! I called their helpline for 6 times and mailed them 11 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool to be scammed so easily”

“I ordered a tops from ajio from the ramola bachchan brand. I was travelling when the order was delivered. When I saw the product realised they have sent a completely wrong and different product. When i raised an issue they said the 2 day return window is closed and nothing can be done. Customer getting penalized for wrong product delivery. This is a scam! Don't buy this brand. No resolution from their online chat or customer care email service. Very disappointed.”

“Unfair trade practices!! Such an irresponsible customer Service. Incompetant most service ! None of the customer care executive know their job or to do activities. 0 problem solving capacity. I have never come across such third Class service.Worstest of the worst service provider you are. Ineligible to do job! Handicapped service! They don't even read your email regarding the concern. Simply send reply on a prespecified template! The take months and months and push your problem to an extent, to the level of crankiness, it cost your mental peace and cause distress.”

“I ordered a small size (91.4cm Chest size as mentioned on Ajio size chart) white colored striped vests but received Medium size (85 cm) 1black, 1 grey and 1 Navy colored unstriped vests. Thus, wrong product is delivered to me Moreover, product manufactured/pakaging date is Sep 2021, thus, old product is delivered to me. Now after complaining the same, i received a mail from 1909@jio.com asking for the images of the product to investigate it further. In addition to that, they marked my complaint as "Resolved" without even wait for my reply. On replying with the images they mailed me that this email ID’s (1909@jio.com) deals with query/concern related to Jio Mobility and its products and services. Since, my concern related to AJIO, i have to contact their AJIO team via call/email and they will help me to resolve my concern. Now, i am helplessly contacting them again and again without any resolution of my problem. They charge convenience fee at the time of placing the order to ensure a hassle free delivery of the product but not ensure any quality checks before delivering the non-returnable and non-exchanable products. I would suggest not to order from Ajio. Amazon, flipkart, Nykaa are much better apps to shop. Further, they respond in no time if any such case happens. My experience with Ajio and with its customer service team is really a bad one. Hence, not recommended to anyone.”

“Very worst service from Ajio and following cheap tricks. They cancelled my order after 8days, even I paid at the time of order. I was literally waiting for my dress to wear for Diwali. Myself got ery very disappointed. I suggest people to boycott Ajio products, customers should show our power. They treat customer like s**t.
