“very poor service, returned a pair of shoes within 2 hours of receipt and they will not refund them, as they are worn, but not by me, as I only had them a few hours and sent them back. I wonder if they do this to all their customers, just lie, so they do not have to give money back. Customers need to know, what they are like, so they buy elsewhere.”
“I bought a pair of toe capped boots they became defective after a month and half and when thwy saw the pictures they said its not a manufacturer defect so im not eligible for a refund or replacement”
“I bought a pair of toe-post wedge sandals last year but did not actually wear them until my holiday this year in June. On the third occasion of wearing them, the strap over the foot came away from the wedge making them totally unwearable. I have emailed Ajvani shoes since my return from holiday on 3 separate occasions together with photographs of the sandals but they have never bothered to respond. The quality is extremely poor - 3 wearings during the evening and they fall apart!!! Would not recommend or buy again from them.”
