“Alcovers hooked me up! Just redid my garden and wanted to clean up my work bench. They were able to design and make a cover that cleaned up the look and protected it for every day, but allowed me to open it up to function with ease.”

“Love my custom made outdoor chair and side table covers. This is what all companies should aspire to offer. Material is heavy, side vents allow it to breath, retention straps with buckles are perfect. I have one idea that would make it even more perfect. Service was fast.. like 7 or 8 days for custom order.... outstanding. Next I'll get the firepit cover made. Doesn't cost much more than the cheesy ones that get at the big box stores either.... no brainer here, buy them!”

“I ordered cover for an irregular shaped outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and pizza oven. They fit perfectly and stand up well to Wisconsin winter. I’d recommend the higher quality covering. After few season has not faded at all”

“I ordered a cover for my new gun safe. It appears to be very well made and fits perfectly. There was maybe a week delay on receiving the cover, but that was no big deal. It is a great product and customer service was great too!”

“Will give them a 0 star if I could for lack of customer service and clarity in quotes. They get you excited during the original conversations, send you a quote and give you a 2-3 weeks lead time which turns out to be 4-5 weeks as the covers come from Pakistan. They are not clear in the way they quote which makes it hard on newbies when it comes to outdoor covers. Placed a partial order for what I thought were full size covers and received top covers.”

“Ordered a custom cover, approved the design verbally, and via email, told it was a 2-3 week lead time, a month went by so I emailed and asked about the status of my cover and I was sent back a dwg to approve for production, so it sat for 4 weeks with no movement in the company, no emails, no phone calls, they took my money day 1, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I would NOT recommend to anyone for anything”

David I apologize for this. It looks like there was some mis communication or lack of communication on our end. We at times will try to verify measurements so that the cover is perfect and it looks like this email might have not been received. “The first order was not as expected. The color was wrong and the drawstring did not work as well as I was hoping for my BBQ table. I was disappointed. I called Jed at Customer Service hoping I wouldn’t get a lot of push back. Surprisingly, he wanted to make it right. We got the measurements adjusted, the color changed and he suggested a lighter weight for the cover since the weather is not as harsh in Virginia and thought a center slit instead of a drawstring would serve me better for my BBQ table. He even told me to keep the original cover instead of sending it back and thought maybe I would find another purpose for it. They didn’t charge me for the new cover either and that one turned out to be just what I wanted. I was so relieved that this company admitted that they had made a mistake and was able to fix the problem at no charge to me. I will do business with you folks again when I need a custom cover for sure. Thank you.”

“I had three issues with the custom cover: - The zipper was broken on the pouch that the cover arrived in. I had to cut the pouch open. - The measurements provided should have left a hole for the spigot. - The Velcro opening should have been in the front (rather than the back) to allow easy access to change the filter cartridges. I called the company prior to ordering because I was concerned that the cover wouldn't be supported properly since the water filtration system is attached to a wall. I was told that this was done all the time and not to worry about it. I also explained that there is a water spigot on the front of the water softener that I needed to be able to access. The measurements I provided left space for that opening. I assumed the Velcro opening would be in the front. The website indicated that the Velcro would allow for easy opening. I have to change the water filter periodically. Because there is no opening in the front, I have to remove the cover completely to change the water filter. I provided detailed pictures with measurements. I asked the representative to contact me if there were any questions, The cover arrived and couldn't be used properly since there is no hole for the water spigot and the Velcro opening is in the back against the wall. I emailed the company and was told that this was all my fault. My emails asking if there was anything they could do to help me were ignored. My friend bought the same water filtration unit and planned to purchase a cover from ALCO covers. I have advised him to purchase the cover from another company. Since the water filtration system with cover had to be approved by my HOA, I have provided the HOA my required review advising them not to recommend this company to any resident for any type of covers.”

“We purchased a custom sized heavy duty cover for our outdoor fire pit. It very quickly and fit perfectly. It has been thru some very bad weather during the past three seasons and has held up extremely well. I'm really impressed with the quality and reasonable price. I would certainly buy this product again if/when my current cover wears out.”

“I ordered a swing cover in 2021, received it in August but did not put on my swing until spring. When I put the swing cover on the zipper was in the wrong place. I then reached out to customer service to rectify the situation. they replaced my cover with the zipper in the correct spot. I am extremely happy with my swing cover, excellent quality and it will last for at least a decade or more. Thanks for all your help Jed.”

“Price was great! Good product and easy to install. Delivery was poor. FedEx could be more to blame for delivery quality but we were missing a few pertinent components with the delivery. Very easy to order sizes, styles and colors. Easy install, good price, poor delivery and poor warranty for a product made to be installed outside.”

“The outdoor bar cover came yesterday and fits like a glove (it's a custom made bar with non-standard dimensions). We had torrential storms last night and the cover never budged. You all did a fantastic job. You have my future business for the next custom covers I need. It was totally worth the extra inquiries to get the measurements right and worth the wait. The fact that you got it right without field measurements is amazing.”
