This is one of the worst stores I have ever shopped at for customer service! You can almost never get through on chat because even their computers don’t work! Then, when you call in the middle of the day, they say they’re done for the day! You can’t get a hold of him. I’ve lost a shipment, I have no idea where it is and I cannot contact them! Do not buy from Aldo shoes.

I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.

Bought 4 pairs of shoes from Houston Galleria. 2 regular price and 2 at 40 percent off, as that was the promotion. One pair had to be exchanged a day later because didn’t fit properly and the store manager on duty was the rudest and most unhelpful person. I asked if I can use the same promotion and the answer was no. I had to pay regular price regardless of the signs all over the store and regardless of my receipts. So I returned the item and didn’t exchange it . I’m a business owner and if my crew is so unhelpful and rude, they ll not be employed for long. Very disappointing experience!!! Do not buy from this company !!!

Listen for anyone who want to purchase shoes online I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT. I placed an order on Feb 6, 2023 that was suppose to have arrived Feb 15, 2023. As of Feb 16, 2023 the order has not been shipped out. I started doing a little research about aldo.com and reading reviews. I saw all the RED FLAGS from the reviews. There is no way to contact aldo by number. The number that's listed will not be what you want and there is no way to press for associate. they do have live chat but it's a possibility you will be waiting for 30-50 minutes. I went an read the reviews they all had the same issues I experienced. When I chatted with someone via chat I canceled my ordered that had not been shipped. The lady told me she can do it as an exception. I asked why she thought it would be an exception if it was Aldo fault. she told me "It is an exception, as stated on the website, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it". Also, PLEASE copy and paste your live chat to hold for your records. I literally have 3 different folders of live chats. If the shoes are not in the store please, please do not place an order online

Placed and order in the store for shoes, they said I will get tracking information in couple of days. 4 days went by and got nothing so I called costumer service who said shipping information will be provided between 3-6 business days. I said ok and waited, and at the 7th day I called again to check in on the order. I was told that it has been shipped and that they didn’t know when it would, I asked if I could cancel the order at which they responded that I could not, that I had to wait until item was delivered and then take it to the store to get a refund. Very upsetting that costumer service has different information and that I can’t even cancel the order when I have waited more that 10 days to get shipping information

I bought a pair of Pink/White Aldo Mirai brand sneakers...$95.00 + tax. 6 weeks after purchase the shoe top started ripping apart from the sole. When I brought them back to the store I was told I was lucky to have them replaced because it was a 'wear and tear issue' and was told that rather rudely. The same shoes were on sale the day of return 50% off but that was not taken into consideration. I wore the shoes maybe 5-6 times and assumed $100 + pair of shoes would last more than 6 weeks. I asked if I could pick another pair instead of the same shoe because they damage easily. I was told NO and this is now considered Final Sale. I no longer trust Aldo name brand and will not ever again think Aldo sells quality merchandise and treats you respectfully when their product falls apart just 6 weeks after purchase. Maybe they fight you for damaged items returns because they have to do it too often....it's my guess anyway. Say no to Aldo sneakers not worth the money.

I have bought a pair of white boots last winter and had a chance to wear the for 2-3 times. This winter i wore them maybe 4-5 times. White boots are not for everyday use. When i was buying them, it was said that they are made from leather. That is why i decided to spend a good amount of money to buy them, hoping they will last for some time. Nope! They started to tear off on the seams and the top of the shoes is peeling off. Great! Dissatisfied and so mad! Will never buy their shoes again!!!

The Manager of your store in Chinook Centre Shopping Mall Calgary is USELESS and IRRESPONSIBLE! And one of your sales floor associates does not want your business to grow by lying to the customers. Here is my shopping experience in your ALDO Store at Chinook Centre Mall: I shopped in your store on Sunday, March 27. I saw a gorgeous pair of shoes that I want to buy. I asked your sales associate my size. But she said, she does not have my size and she hurries to leave me, but I asked her to check the stock online and then I can order it. She checked it quickly and said, 'No", there's nothing online of your shoe size", and she dismissed me. I felt being unwanted as a customer but even so, I bought a pair of shoes of another style. But while am trying other shoes. I keep hearing the sales associate, telling to other customers that the size they're looking for is not available. Every customer that asked her for their size to try on, your sales girl would always tell this "No, I don't have them anymore, those are my last pair"... When I heard her telling to random customers the same answer, I started to question if the sales associate was being honest. It is very impossible that all the shoes on display and in different styles would have no more available sizes for random customers. So when I got home, I went to your website and checked the shoes that I wanted. And to my surprise, my size is available and it is even available in the store. I could not believe why did your sales associate lied to me? Is she that lazy to bring in the shoes and therefore just lied to us! And I felt sorry for other customers that she lied to (I'm sure the shoes that they're looking for are also available). I was upset! But I cannot go to the store right away because I'm busy with my work the whole week. So the next Saturday (April 2). I went to the Aldo store to pick up my order. And when I got them, I asked the sales girl (this is a different sales associate). Where is their manager so I can speak to her about my bad experience last weekend? She replied that their manager is in the backroom and is busy. But she said she will call her anyway. The sales associate went to the backroom for about 5 minutes. And then when she came back to me. She said, she spoke to the manager about my bad shopping experience. And the manager instructed her to just let me report my shopping experience to Aldo Customer Service online. I was very disappointed with how your Aldo store manager responded to this kind of situation. She didn't come out and talk to me in person and at least apologize. She is rude and very unprofessional. Her job as a manager is USELESS! She and that liar sales floor associate lady must be fired! They will ruin your business if this kind of work ethic is condoned. As an Aldo regular customer, I hope that my voice is heard and my complaint is well taken care of. Thank you.

I thought when you say Aldo shoes and boots it ment some kind of quality. But I was wrong , I bought a pair of there dress boots for a 100$ thinking they may last at least 4 or 5 years. But that's not what happened. Just after 1 month I noticed the sole separating from the boot upper , to bad I really liked the fit and look of the boot. I would like to try to return them, but I'm sure Aldo will tell me ,you already wore them or some excuse why I can't return them. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

The selection at this location was not very good and was expensive for the quality. Looked elsewhere in the mall and Designer Show Warehouse and Shoe Company had more variety.

Ordered shoes, belt and earrings online. Only one shoe was in the box, earrings are broken and no belt. Useless. Customer services won’t send me new items, I have to send the one shoe and broken earrings back and wait 10 days for a refund!! Terrible customer service, do not order online!!!

Ordered a 4.5 but 7 arrived and they were dirty and worn! Not new as you would expect an online order to be, will not be ordering from here again!!!

I had the worst experience in my life buying shoes at Aldo. First, i ordered a pair of full price heels at the store because they did not have my size in stock. When the shoes arrived at my home, it was obvious they had been worn in already, returned, repackaged and sent to me. The bottoms were dirty, there were scratches and indents in the heels AND the right shoe had a sole insert left in it. I was beyond disgusted that I was charged full price for shoes that had clearly been worn and returned and not even repackaged properly. When I went to the store to explain what happened and for a refund, the lady acted like it was totally normal for the store to send out used shoes to their customers. To top it off, the store’s system was down so I had to wait about 3 hours for my refund. I was not offered any apology and no discount. I am disgusted by this store’s practice and apparent lack of respect for their customers. NEVER shopping here again and advising everyone I know to avoid dealing with this racket of a store.
