did not receive complete assembly, had to wait for product while they investigate with the shipping company for their mistake, making this my problem

Immediately noticed I made a mistake on my order 210093. They sent an email that they were going to wait to ship so the right item would be delivered. Unfortunately they just went ahead and sent it. Now they said you should reject the delivery. Well I wasn’t home to reject it. Now I have to mail it back at my own cost. It’s been a pain. I got item I needed on Amazon.

First hot tub failed in less than ten days. They sent another one and the heater failed within days. The sent a new heater and am unable to install it.because the video showed the wrong hot tub Customer service said they would contact the manufacturer. A month later and no answer from anyone. Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.

worst customer service ever! Dont buy any products here. I bought a dual arm set for my Gates, and the motherboard did not work. I emailed, I called, I left messages, I could not get anyone on the phone and when I did they said send a picture I said well I'm sending you a picture of a motherboard----- that doesn't work that doesn't make any sense So I have so I had to go buy a whole new set after my contractor had installed the arms there was no there was no customer support I will I would have glad have gladly paid more for any other brand than have to spend 3 days not getting out of my driveway because I couldn't get anybody to call me back I eventually had to solder off the arms of my gate because they would not send me a new motherboard

We bought our gate openers and Gate from Aleko online. We love the gate and openers until the temperatures dropped to roughly 20 degrees. The gate openers would not open. We were locked in out driveway until the temperatures warmed up. I contacted the company and we exchanged emails, pictures, and videos back and forth over 2 months explaining the problem. the Owners manual says they work down to Minus 4 degrees F. They do not. The customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their products. They told me they do not have engineers on staff. I mean how do you make these products and not have an engineer on staff? Do yourself a favor and don't do any business with this company. The openers freeze up in cold temps. Avoid this company at all costs

Purchased a gate and it came damaged. I sent emails with pictures of the damage immediately Customer service only contacted me days later after I posted a negative review then asked me to revise it after we talked. I didn’t because I wanted to see the gate before I exited it. It took two weeks to get a replacement and they shipped the wrong gate. I can only assume it’ll be two more weeks before the replacement for the replacement arrives. One star will stay.

I am picking one star as there is no option for zero stars. Slow to respond to queries, even after multiple email prompts. Do not address the questions raised in the emails, need to be reminded what the issue is. Not able to complete order online as they first stated. Slow turn around time once order placed. The replacement part they recommended to fix the problem did not fix the problem. No response back when I communicated this to them. I am looking at other suppliers.

Well I made my order 12/03/22. My order included 13 feet of gear rack but my gate is 16ft, so I went ahead and order me 2 extra pieces 3 ft each. A week later I got my order but it came with out the gear racks not even the 2 extra ones that I ordered. I sent an email to aleko couple hours later thay imail me back telling me that they were going to send them the fallowing Monday I was like okey good, a week passed and nothing so this time I called them to let them know that I didn’t receive nothing so they told they didn’t send it because the plastic ones were out of stock so I dicided to switch to still in order to get them in two days, and I did but only 2 racks out of 6 😕 so I called again and they apologized she said she was going to make my order again but it’s been another week and nothing yet so I’m going to call them again Monday hopefully this time is almost a month already that’s why I rate it one star I’ll update my review when I get it if I get it

March 2021 my “four person” inflatable hot tub was purchased as a gift, it was not unpacked and set up for use until this summer, 2022. This month I have discovered several air leaks in the tub and have attempted to patch them, unsuccessfully. I got in contact with Sabina from support who provided the only troubleshooting answers she had, unfortunately all unhelpful, and informed me that due to the lapse of warranty there was nothing more Aleko could do for me. I am beyond disappointed. I thought with careful, diligent maintenance and attention I could get at least a couple good years of use out of a temporary hot tub while saving up to buy a more permanent option. Instead I was only able to use the tub for a few months, and now I am still paying installments for a product I will be discarding. The pictures show deflation less than an hour after completely filling with air.

Horrible quality, do not purchase an outdoor sauna. It is not for the outdoors. I bought the Canadian Hemlock Wet Dry Outdoor Sauna with Asphalt roof - 5 Person. After less than 1 year, it is completely falling apart from the wood to the finish. This is the worst quality sauna I've ever seen. The whole unit is so cheap and flimsy, if the wind blows the door can fall off. To pay thousands of dollars for this crappy product plus building and installation costs, I expected alot more. Call a local sauna company and have one custom built, at least you will have ongoing support and maintenance, unlike with Aleko. I can't explain how bad the quality is after a few months, what a shame.
