Ordered gate actuator 6 march 2021 still waiting. Was told it would take 4 to six weeks tomorrow its 4th week. I still have a non working gate.

Overall it’s ok. A bit cheap in the construction of roof panels. I don’t think they will last long. There were a couple ties & missing holes for screening to hook to the frame. The height wasn’t clear. In the middle it’s 9ft but on the sides it needs to be taller to accommodate a tall person. Barely over 6ft. I ended up raising the whole structure up 12inches.

The web site inventory is not linked to the actual warehouse inventory. When I ordered the site did not warn me of none on hand. Therefore, my order is on back order for ~ two months.

I bought a new control panel for our gate. We are having issue after issue with the controllers. I bought some new one earlier this year and only 5 of the 10 worked properly, Now with the new controller 4 won't work at all and the rest work off and on. Very upsetting after having our gate and no issues for so long.

The sauna works great after some engineering and a lot of time on my part. The shipping was a week late (long story but not due to covid). Lost a days work waiting for delivery that didn’t come. The sauna was missing instructions and when the proper instructions were sent they were very poorly made. It doesn’t tell you where screws and bolts go so you’re left to fend for yourself. It’s extra difficult when the thing is missing hardware!!! Customer service is very responsive but offered nothing substantial for the loss of time, late delivery, missing hardware, and poor instructions. I was in contact with them three times. They sent me the terrible manufacturers instructions and nothing else. Other than that, it was delivered in a very secured container so that’s a plus. Anyway, now that the sauna is finally up and running, it’s great. The process to make it happen, not so much. Good luck! Images show where hardware is supposed to secure the glass panels.... nothing there (no holes) and no hardware.

Material used is acceptable the issue is more with the substandard way to fasten the cover to the awning

The bicycle tent leaks on occasion when rainfall is heavy. Sprayed with silicon weatherproofing and slowed leak. Price was reasonably inexpensive. Instructions were not very clear but setup easy if your handy.

The awning took 2 days to install. The second day was only 3 hours. We like the awning but the INSTRUCTIONS were not good. Someone should assemble a awning and write the instructions exactly. I also think the cord should have been installed at the factory prior to sewing the seams. I was very hard and time consuming to install t he cord. We had to use gel on the cord to finally get it in. ED

We ordered privacy fence wrap to complete our fence project but the 50 foot section was not of the same quality as our first order last year. Grommets were damaged and did not line up and one end was a different color as if it had come from a different lot. Hoping that it holds up as well as our last order.

Thi review is based on the delivery of my 3 gate opener purchases. One of first orders received came in 3 different packages. The other 2 orders were delivered by fed ex to wrong address.luckily their is still honest people, and brought those 2 gate openers to me. Aleko should follow up on deliveries and double check with costumers if packages were received.

My hot tub took 4 months longer than estimated and then broke on the first use. They sent a replacement which also broke first day. It is now 5 months later and I still don't have a working product. I would avoid this company. UPDATE: Customer service was very kind and offered a refund. 3 stars for service. Still wary of product quality.

The instruction/user manual for the Aleko Sliding Gate Opener AR1550/AR2450 is at best confusing. I am an electrician with over 40 years experience, The electrical conduit opening in the base of the housing will not accept a NEC fitting. The hole has to be reamed out with a round file or a dremel tool to use a 1/2 inch NEC watertight fitting. A DIY person will struggle installing this unit.
