When we tried to change color of awning and had talked with a representative of Aleko and were told that would be okay because it had not shipped yet, when we called the phone number they gave us, that representative said it was not possible. Poor communication! Also, once we received the awning, there was some terrible defects in the stitching. We took pics and emailed to the appropriate person,we thought, and never heard back from anyone. The email was sent June 4, 2020. Now you want a review. Lol!

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I apologize for your frustration. We will elevate your feedback to the manufacturer in an effort to improve the product. In the meantime, please consider utilizing the Warranty policy.
Once it is paid for you can not get questions answered, can not read a poorly printed manual and navigating the site for answers is a headache.

I ordered an Aleko Square Inflatable Hot Tub with Cover 6 6 person 250 Gallon B/W HTISQ6BKWH-AP on May 9th. On May 14th I receive a message stating that the product I bought was out of stock. That it would be toward the middle of June. When I call to get an update,I was told it would be another 2 weeks. I called a few weeks later and am being told 2 more weeks. I am older with a frozen should, arthritis. I ordered this to help me move around a little better. I paid over $560 for this and I still dont have any idea of when i may receive mine. I don't want to cancel my order, but feel that something has got to give. Can someone PLEASE tell me the truth and tell me when/or if I can expect to receive SOMETHING?

Ordered a 16' x 10' motorized awning. Packing leaves a bit to desire. Have a damaged Front section - sent photos on June 30th. Got a reply on July 7th asking me if I needed anything else. Told them not at this time. Still waiting on someone to tell me when the replacement Front section will be shipped. Instruction are pretty lousy as are most Chinese instructions. Quality - I highly advise you assemble everything on a couple of tables. There are holes that have to opened up so bolts will clear, need to align arms properly while on the tables. Will be interesting once it is all together. Waiting on part.

Top cover lasted about 6 mos in the California summer.. Then ripped everywhere... They replaced the entire canopy which was awesome and great for the company to do..BUT !!!!!... The covers don't last.... Will try to find a replacement cover that will last throughout the heat of the day.... The frame has held up just fine.. But needs to be anchored down.. I used 12 x 1/2 galv, lag screws and screwed them into the ground in the holes provided...

Love the product. Ordered the 9x9 grape trellis from Home depot. Box was delivered in perfect condition, was not open, no holes, but was missing one of the rolling pins to keep the tarp up. Have reached out to Aleko and have had no response. The missing piece is a problem with packaging and is not home depots responsibility to correct.

Hello Steve, I'm glad to hear you were happy with your trellis and I apologize you were missing a rolling pin. We recently installed a new phone system and have had unexpected technical difficulties. Overall decent awning in the low price range- once it’s installed- but the installation and assembly instructions are terrible. I’m pretty mechanical and have assembled far more complex devices than this. Very non-specific with poor pictures so you’ll find yourself looking online for videos and you’ll likely need to take it down and partially apart to get the assembly correct and the adjustments right. A few more dollars on a decent set of instructions would make this more tolerable. I’d say either buy it and get a pro to install or get a higher end product that’s engineered better with better instructions Looks good when up though.

Ordered two motorized awnings. One is fine, other had a faulty motor. Have sent emails, and left voice messages (no human ever answers the phone) to get this resolved with no response for over 3 weeks. Yesterday 6/12/20 I called and selected "technical support" and the phone range about 25 times before I hung up. Not sure they are still even in business.

I ordered the iron door from Aleko. the workmanship of the door is terrible as following: 1.> the door came with no hardware to install the door 2.> the 4 door handle studs are not the same length so we cannot install handles properly unless we cut them to have them the same length. 3.> 1 crew to install the handle is missing 4.> the left and right door don't line up well so it's very difficult to close the door and lock it. 5.> Aleko charge me 10.5% tax and I've been contacting them to ask why multiple time and no answer yet. my local sale tax is 7.75%. 6.> I've been calling and email them multiple times and no responses. 7.> I know the door is heavy and delivery is free but there is only 1 person delivery to my place. the delivery man told me, he is not going to take it out from his truck and delivery the door to me unless I have 3 more men to help him. the Aleko didn't tell me about this beforehand. and I need the door so I have to call my brothers overs for help. bottom line is, I am very disappointed with the workmanship of the door and customer service of the company.

After assembling the 20 ft awning and extending it out for the first time, I find a sticker on one of the bars say do not use in the rain! Nowhere in the advertisements and instruction manual does it say anything about don't use in the rain. I live in western Washington and it rains here, a lot. I feel like I was deceived, tricked and lied to. I gave it an extra star because it works pretty good for shade.

I purchased 3 Awnings about 2 years ago and the fabric has faded from Green to almost brown on the Sun side of them. I'm very disappointed. Otherwise, they work great.

Get MORE sales help!!! I have been on hold now for more than 25 minutes trying to add something to my order! Very frustrating. Also, website has too many pop ups. I can not figure out how to get the "reviews" pop up out of the way so I can see the site more clearly.

The product quality seems good, but the installation instructions are awful. If you aren't an electrical engineer with twenty years of experience deciphering poorly translated Chinese instructions, you'll be scratching your head and cursing for hours on end.

Spent 1 hour and fifteen minutes on hold and spoke to one person at the 1 hour point who was going to get me mor experienced help........finally had to go. It wears tech support and I was instructed to remove all my remote code and then nothing ......now my gate does not function. I was attempting to connect an LM172 keypad to a swing gate operator. My key fob remotes used to work ... no longer!!

We purchased 2 items from Aleko-a retractable awning and a hard top gazebo. The gazebo was missing 4 #21. I have called Aleko at least 4 times to get these missing parts-was told numerous times that these parts would be shipped out immediately. A month later I still do not have these parts. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will keep calling and hopefully will eventually get these. Not holding my breath

The package came with one of the baggies with materials needed for installing completely opened and nuts & screws everywhere. The space I have, made it impossible for the awning to change the pitch. I didn't know that and Aleko never said to check. I ordered the two poles to help the sag. I have only had them up for a couple weeks. One of the poles no longer adjusts. The other pole, where it screws into the awning, the plastic cap, now comes out of the pole.

Very unhappy. Per offer, description, and video, the lumbers are supposed to be solid, 83 inches long. Aleko delivered to me lumbers made of two parts that are very difficult to assemble, take more time and effort. There was no list of items enclosed in the box provided, the manual is not satisfactory. Sauna does not keep temperature as supposed to. Delivery took more than one months. Do not recommend buying this one from Aleko.
