I would give them a 5 star but the manual is poorly written. there are no video's on how to set up the ac1400 so you have to guess, A friend and I were able to piece together some of what to do but some things I still have not gotten to work like the pedestrian mode.

Delivery time took too long. At check out I was told an earlier date. Once I received confirmation, it was a week later. Also, no instructions so it took me sometime to assemble. Let’s just say thank goodness for you tube!

I have to give you a mixed review. Between September 24, 2020 and October 8, I ordered: --Fabric swatches for awnings to check the color --Awning 10X8, white frame, "Sand" color --Two extra mounting brackets --A second awning - same as first. I had several minor fulfillment issues. The delivered first awning color did not match the swatch color. Many phone calls later, I accepted that there was nothing they could do about it. As it turned out, the "Sand" color of the first awning looks good, even though it is not the shade on the swatch. I installed that first awning and ordered a second one to go SIDE-BY-SIDE with the first. Being burned once, I really spoke at length about how important it was that the second order exactly matched the first kit's fabric color. I was given assurances that there would be no difference. That second 10X8 was temporarily lost in shipment by FedEx, but it finally arrived four days late. Not your fault, and no big deal. This week, I assembled and hung it, going past dark before I finished. Today, in daylight, I discovered that the color, material, and finish details don't match the first one I hung. Since they are on the same wall, just 5 or 6 inches apart, the contrast is very noticeable. Now I will have to take down one awning, disassemble it and start from scratch, swapping the fabric, and re-mounting it. A lot or extra work, which I did my due diligence to avoid before placing the second order. (This assumes that you can come up with a properly matching awning and valance fabric package). If not, I will have wasted 20-30 hours of work. Please make this right for me. I like the awning product. The price is fine. The quality seems okay. I hope to complete this project soon, but the color issue is a show stopper. ********************************************* Shortly before receiving this Satisfaction Survey, I sent an email to Customer Support, which I have copied and pasted following. ********************************************* Subject: My two awning fabrics don't match Hello: I have just completing the (difficult) installation of two 10X8 awnings (white bar) with Sand fabric. Now that they are up in the daylight, I can see that the two fabrics don't match. One is tan. The other is more peach-colored. Subtle but noticeable, even from the street, fifty feet away. Also, the peachy one clearly passes more light through (thinner material?). And just to prove that these are different manufacturing, the tan one has 11 scallops on the valance. The peach one has 13 scallops and less straight area on the two ends. While I really dread the thought of taking one back down, disassembling everything, and starting from scratch, I can't leave them unmatched as they are. If you can send me a tan set of awning and valance (11 scallops and better fabric) I will re-do that awning. Friday night I was so proud and happy to be finished. But now this. Ouch! Thank you. Super happy with my first purchase from aleko which was the 13.8 inflatable boat. My second purchase was the 8.5 inflatable and I’m not nearly as happy I can’t get the thing to keep air in it it’s driving me nuts the rear left tube..... I checked the valve but that seems to work fine I dunno maybe leaking from a seam? Has been inflated and then put onto the top of my cruiser I own up here in Alaska. Has never been used.

I ordered a replacement gate opener recently, and was told that you were out of stock and would not get new stock for 3-6 weeks. Meanwhile, my existing gate opener broke off due to being caught by the wind, so I am not able to use my gate except manually. It would have been nice to be offered an alternative ( like a replacement gate opener or upgrade without additional cost).

the product is good however it took 3 days to put it together. The screws or anchors that are drilled to the wall were not strong enough as they would have tipped the entire canopy and hurt someone. We had to replace them with stronger and thicker ones for a better grip on the brick wall. The numerous parts was like a puzzle and needed a great deal of imagination to put it together. FInally the instructions were not clear enough, the drawings not very explanatory, as I said 3 days until we finally got it up and running. once up it works ok. My fear is if and when it breaks , or gets stuck, who do I call? thanks

Started out good then I had issues with the sauna heater. It took a very long time to get the issue resolved due to poor communication from ALEKO. I had many emails unanswered and called just to get a voicemail. after a few months I purchased a new heater from someone else. ALEKO finally got in touch with me and through some back and forth they reimbursed me for the heater I purchased. in the end I am happy but the waist of my time and frustration due to the lack of communication was very unprofessional. I am glad this issue is resolved and I no longer have to deal with ALEKO moving forward.

Purchased the Motorized Retractable RV Awning - 20 x 8 Feet - Brown Striped. Package arrived on time. Awning looks great but the installation was brutal! Directions are in broken English - difficult to interpret. They don't tell you exactly how high on the travel trailer to install the main bracket arms so I had to guess and caulk holes due to errors. To install the fabric to the cylinder you need 3 people and hope you don't tear the fabric when getting the fabric in the slot with your own tool. For the cost of this thing you'd think they would provide such tool. The main bracket arms are held with bolts and washers the size of a dime - not too safe as they cloud pull right out of the walls with any kind of wind or water weight pressure so I fabricated metal plates to the inside the travel trailer walls to provide for holding strength.

Your reply: Hello. Thank you for sharing your photos. I wish I was responsible for FedEx and had control over the way they handle our packages. It is your responsibility to package your shipments properly. A wooden support board should have been taped to the length of the aluminum nose piece. The original shipment was damaged due to poor packaging. I also wish shipping delays weren't a part of our everyday life due to COVID-19. You told me 3 days - FedEx ground from Washington takes longer than 3 days. You did not expedite the shipment. What I can do, and what I will continue to do is stand behind our products and offer you another replacement. Kind of hard top up an awning without all the parts - So YES send me another nose piece. I saw several email conversations between you and my customer service team. Simply reply to one of those if you decide you'd like to try again. It may take as much as 3-5 days for us to get to the email but we will make this right.

ALEKO® SGM01 Heavy Duty Hand Press Professional Grade Grommet Machine Hand Eyelet Press Hole Punch Tool with 5 Die Sets (#0, #1, #2, #3, #4) I received this item today, which is great. I put it together and the paint on the machine is great, solid all-around without any drips or anything rough on the bottom of the press, and when I press down with the lever it works smoothly and without any real trouble. The only reason I gave this a three-star, however; is for these reasons: The #1 Die for 8mm and for the #3 Die for 11mm grommets are warped or dented JUST slightly, which makes them stick fairly often when I press down on a grommet, I will get in contact with them over this. Their communication was non-existent...? I paid for the press and dies on Sunday, and on Tuesday I sent them a message asking why the payment had not been accepted on their end. They did not respond except to accept the payment the next day and send me an email stating that they had shipped my parcel, thankfully with a tracking number. I value communication with businesses I purchase from, it gives me insight as to whether they actually care about their customers and this alone dropped them a bit in my opinion since I followed their reviews stating they had excellent communication... Overall, the grommet press is a nice tool, and I don't regret buying it, but I will see how things go with any further communication before I buy from them again.

Horrible Instructions. "Spring is very easy to waggle and can't work stable", "find out awning brackets" Re: 12' awning instructions. Video links lead to non existent page. Just guessing but looks like they use an auto-translate but then themselves don't understand the results.

Item is very well built..but have a problem with the Awning...missing the Radio tubular component..have tried to get replaced..currently only manual operation.. i have not received a response..from anyone yet..called and emailed..Joe Rodriguez, AUstin, Tx.

The tree wasnt what i expected. It was suppose to be a 5 ft tree it is a 3ft one.

Cannot find anyone in the Atlanta area to service the dual swing gate openers. They all uniformly say they do not service it as it does not meet industry standards. Had to cancel my order since I could not find anyone to work on it.

Your telephone assistance in sure had three in stock and could be shipped the following Monday , charge the card 4 days later then emailed and said didn't have any for 3 to 4 months. And waiting most companies don't bill until they're shipped I'm a businessman 25 years CA contractor and don't charge clients tell deliver. done and they're happy.
