After several phone call to tech support and customer service, we finally found out that our gate opener needed batteries (We were told it did not several times). Upon receiving the batteries, so far it works (just received the batteries today.

The double gate I ordered arrived with excellent packaging. As it was installed, I noted several areas of surface rust on the gate. I emailed the customer service two separate times to resolve the matter and received no call back. When I called to speak to someone, I was immediately placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. Clearly, customer aftercare is not a priority to this company.

I bought and paid for “hot tub filters” for the hot tub purchased from Aleko. I am still waiting after two months for those filters that are on backorder. The hot tub turns off after three days to clean the filter if you fail to perform cleaning before that time. That means the water has to be re-heated before use. The hot tub is easy to set up and start using.

Ordered a motorized 12x10 Awning and had everything delivered except the motor part. I hired contractors and an electrician for the installation and they had to stop when they noticed that the motor was missing. I called Aleko and they did give me a $15 refund and told me I should receive the motor in 2 days and would email me a tracking number. As of right now I have not received a tracking number and worried they still haven't shipped it out yet. You would think they would overnight the shipping, but they didn't.

It’s no proper working, before of this I used two electric sandier porter-cable. Model 7800-4.7amp. I know it’s expensive,but worthable, you’re product is useless for me.i just waste my money.sorry for this,but it’s true.if you have any kind of above mentioned electric sander (porter-cable)7800-4.7amp Please send me sample. The Pop-up Bike Storage Tent came without instructions as to how to assemble it. That seems to be a big oversight, and cost us extra time figuring things out when simple instructions would have made it easy. The package did contain illustrations as to how to fold the tent to put it away, which is nice, but assembly illustrations were needed also.

We have spent alot of money in Aleko products (gates, gate openers). They work only for one year and then they will start to fail. Garantee used to be two years but, now they give you only one years (wonder why?) Not good product for the money you pay.

I haven't even received my product yet. When I tracked it it was supposed to be here days ago. Now when I track it says it isn't coming until next week.

I put the rack together, easy enough. The front bar can only hold 6 women’s pants, otherwise it tips over. Back top bar can hold more. Disappointed that the front bar can not hold more pant.

I am very dissatisfied with the product which was shipped defective and the customer service in trying to get resolution to the issue. I have been waiting days for an answer to emails and phone calls. The hot tub is not functional. The heater does not work according to the description on the website and then the tub deflated and leaked all over my floor. Four phone calls, three disconnects and an "I'll call you back" all today from customer service. Tech support does not know how their own products are supposed to function and have to email the factory in China to get information.

The boxes the panels and clamps were in are ripped and torn. One panel has a wire broken loose on the bottom of the panel , one panel has the wire bent, and 8 of the clamps are missing. While it appears to be a good product the packing, handling and shipping are very poor. When I called Customer Service to make a report they would not even talk to me until I sent pictures of the damaged and missing parts. Just how do you take pictures pf parts that aren't there?

Bought and installed a 16 X 10 Aleko awning in July. I purchased it through Amazon as Aleko had none in stock. In two months the bolts used to secure the arms and the bolts on the mounting hardware have rusted. The awning also makes a noise like it's binding when opening, I hope the pins on the arms aren't rusting. I'm sorry I didn't spend a little more and buy an awning from a company that uses better quality materials.

It just arrived via FedEx. One end of the box was WIDE OPEN so I have no idea if all the parts are present or if some fell out. I won’t be able to know this until I put it together. You wrap straps around the product/box. You need to strap it lengthwise also so the box is reinforced lengthemwise, so this doesn’t happen in the future. So far, disappointed. Since I’ve never put one together I will not know what might be missing until it’s complete. Not likely to order anything from ALEKO in the future.

Attempting to get a hold of customer service was incredible. Was on hold for approximately 27 minutes the first time before I was disconnected. The second time I was on hold for about 17 minutes before I was disconnected and finally I was on hold for about 22 minutes before someone picked up. Then I was giving misinformation on two separate occasions and never received a call back when I left a voicemail regarding a delivery question.

I NEVER go out of my way to write bad reviews but I called this place yesterday about products that I was interested in and the girl on the phone was rude and trying to rush me on the phone telling me to just come pick it up just come pick it up without even knowing what I’m asking about , so my boyfriend goes today to pick up product and he gets a dog crate that is too small and realized rite away so he walked rite back into the store to request to exchange the product but STILL give them money and BUY THE CORRECT ONE and the girl started telling him that she would not allow him to buy the CORRECT SIZE crate and that they close in 9 minutes and she didn’t want to deal with it. Like 9 minutes!!!! You can get so much done in 9 minutes and if you really care about the loyalty of your customers you would make sure they were satisfied and received the rite product! Extremely bad customer service here I will never return!
