1 star is being generous. Extremely disappointed with Aleko and their "service team". I ordered an awning for my popup camper that I was told would fit. When I opened the box, it was WAY too big for my small popup. I reached out to ask about returning since all I had was opened the box and was told that they have a strict 30 day return policy. I explained that I was misled by not only the person I spoke with initially, but also their website in my initial research. I was escalated to a "manager" who told me the same thing. I explained I would be willing to purchase a new awning that would fit my camper, but was offered no opportunity to do so. The customer service rep did not even take the time to explain other options that could work for my specific situation. I am now out hundreds of dollars and left disappointed in a company that offered no potential resolution to a problem they were responsible for.

Shipping is fast, product came with a puncture and the glue was missing to repair it. Had to buy it separately ( was supposed to be included ) also the heater stop working after 2weeks. Tried to contact them but no answer for a month. You can see the picture below. So bad product and bad customer service. Nothing else to say. Thanks for reading.

It's been 2 months now and I'm still trying to get undamaged parts from ALEKO. The first awning shipped with a bent L-3 bar. I purchased through Overstock and they sent out another entire unit. Same issue, same bar was damaged. Are they sending out used awnings? So Overstock worked with ALEKO and this time they are sending just the damaged part. But guess what, they not only sent the wrong part, it looked like it was used. They sent the L-1 bar which I can't use. Not sure if I should blame Overstock or ALEKO. This is ridiculous!!!

TERRIBLE customer service !!! I gave a one star only because the page would not let me give a ZERO ! Today's date is May 3,2021 - I spoke with an Aleko rep on the telephone on April 16/23 as Aleko had shipped me the wrong size awning for my motor home. (I was specific in my measurements and the description of my motorhome when I phoned the order in) The width was off by a foot. I phoned the service line to see if there was something I could do to make this smaller size work, spoke with a female who said all the technical reps were out on service calls, but she would get back to me that day. She never returned my call that day, nor the next week. I sent an E-mail - on April 23 - (their machine reply was that a ticket was created [but no number was provided to me] Aleko stated in that automatic email that they will respond in 1 business day). I still have not received any response whatsoever. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered six fencing KITS however what I received was not what I thought I was getting. The kit does not include Gates, tie downs, one pice poles(for a 6’ fence you receive 2 4’ poles with a collar that is not a tight fight). Because our fence was not squared we had more corners post than aloud. Their top rail is a odd size so we had to make our own end caps with pvc pipe! (That was a blast) O the instructions show tension wire at the bottom however the wire is not included. So let’s talk about the fence it’s self it kinda thin, it comes in super tight rolls so when you unroll it gets caught than it pulls out of shape. Over all we are very unhappy with the whole package and the quality of what we received. I feel that if you advertise a COMPLETE KIT (hardware included would you not think that some type of ties so you can attach the fencing to the rails would not be included?) I strongly disagree with the statement in “features” Made of heavy duty durable steel. Both HOME DEPOT AND LOWES SELL HEAVIER STEEL FOR CHEAPER! I’m extremely disappointed with this product I don’t recommend this to any one! O I almost forgot the nuts and bolts some of the bolts the squares are to small so they just roll around when you put the bolt on. Better yet some of the nuts are thread wrong! I added photos please take special note that we made our own ends using pvc pipe because there’s are a odd size that you can just go someplace and buy!?! Also look close at the poles because they are in two parts you can’t get them straight. Please take note on the not so heavy fencing it’s self that it is so light it easily puts apart.

I received my awning and as soon as it went up the bars broke they sent me replacements they broke too . The product was terrible and what is even worse is their customer service ! Don’t buy you won’t be happy

the package arrived looking like it had been returned before and some components had dents (eg valence arm making it hard to thread the liner cord). the metal coating is extremely brittle and flakes off at slightest impact. the torsion bar and roller are connected by smaller connector tubes and each of the joints has burrs that complicate connecting without a metal file to smooth the burrs. the instructions are at times incorrect (saying middle arm can be right or left - no it cannot as the metal connector to the awning valence bar wont reach the knuckle if installed the wrong way; the roller comes installed on the torsion bar .. no it doesnt), confusing (different pictures show different locations for roller arm), impossible to decipher( the three liner cords all have the same identifier - there is no way to know that the small liner cord goes in which end of the awning or should it go in the valence) and generally not helpful. the bolts for attaching to the wall brackets are thin, flimsy and too long. washers were missing. many of these problems only become apparent when fabrication has started making it hard to return. it took 6 hours to assemble the awning. the fabric is thin and the fabric, roller and torsion bar quality much inferior to a previous awning i had from Canadian tire that was a fraction of the price.

I bought an Alexis hot tub last fall but was unable to set it up until this spring (2021) because I was having cancer treatment. The first thing that went wrong was that it would not inflate. The problem seemed to be the control panel. I messaged the company but received no reply. After a few days, I walked by the tub, pushed the bubble button and suddenly it worked (after trying about a dozen times). Filled it up, and it worked great for about a week. Now, the bubble button once again won’t work properly. Apparently, the reason is an overheated pump. This I learned from the troubleshooting info. So, to use the tub, it has to be unplugged in advance to let the pump cool. Then once you use it for 10 minutes, the pump overheats again and the bubble function won’t turn off. Again you have to unplug it. I have a dedicated electrical outlet for it so it is not an electrical issue. Very very disappointing as I bought it for arthritis and was really looking forward to the therapeutic effects. I do still use it by planning ahead and unplugging it twice each time but I’m sure since it is only been in operation for 3 weeks that the pump will burn out in short order. If I had not had to wait so long to set it up, I would definitely have returned it.

Worse company ever, ordered many items that were in stock, days later they come and say it is out of stock. It happens like this over and over again, don't do business with those guys.

Aleko has the worst products I have ever purchased in any category, and they pushed me around between the company and the retailer until it was too late to return the product. Then they asked me to make complicated technical fixes to the circuit board of the heater when it wouldn't work. The sauna came incomplete and with broken parts. The heater wouldn't work at all. I have now paid for FOUR electrician visits. Aleko finally replaced the heater, and now I'm getting a new error that does not seem to be resolvable. I am considering scrapping the whole thing and starting over, even though I am now more than $5k in the hole. I have never been so frustrated with a product or company. Do NOT buy their Toule heater by itself -- this is the cause of half the trouble. Finally, I had to threaten to sue them before they replaced the first heater. Stay away at all costs.

Ordered direct due to shipping times. Spent an extra $49.08 to receive the product in 3-5 days from shipping - first tracking shows 7 days out in addition to being shipped FedEX who always delays another day or two. Contacted Aleko to explain i could have purchased from another retailer at the lower cost but went with them to get the item sooner. Since i would not be receiving it within the advertised time frame I asked for a rebate for the difference. Alex, customer service manager, was not willing to make any concessions. Don't bother paying extra to get it early to complete your project because it won't happen and you are out the money. As someone who handles procurement for a major company i should not have been so trusting. However you can be assured I will be sharing the information about this company with all of my work suppliers to make sure we never do business with Aleko again.

I requested a awning cover that would fix my Advancing awning and supplied exact pt#. Alelo gave me there PT# to order and said it will fit. I ordered, I waited It finally arrived and when I hd time to try it, it simply will not fit my unit 8" to short and will not even fit around unit. Unhappy

If I could give zero stars, unfortunately I would. My boss sent me a link to a post aleko had about a drywall sander, and the post said if it was still up, they still had it. Well I went to go pick it up, and was told they didn’t have it. I checked their website which also had a drywall sander on it that said available. That was my first experience and it will be my last. It’s frustrating because I wasted my time and traveled a good distance to get there and made sure to be there as soon as they opened. My suggestion would be that whoever is in charge of posting is on top of making sure to take down posts as soon as something sells!
