Did not receive what I ordered when I contacted company I was informed I had to prove to them it was not received with pictures of all boxes and contents of each box. Not a way to treat a customer who spent $433 and did not receive a $24 item. Very bad customer service no more of my buisness

Ordered 2 items. The cover for the 20 foot awning ad the wind sensor. Cover arrived sort of on time, but no wind sensor. Invoice had X through box of Wind Sensor. No explanation, no statement of back order. Called. Was told of a ship date two weeks out. But nothing specific. They had no trouble charging me for it, and made no offer to refund. So perhaps a month total time to get it from order date. Maybe.

We were disappointed in the awning instructions. We ordered a motorized style. Motor instructions were not included. Calls to the company told us to check u tube videos. Ended up buying more parts and spending 2 days trying to figure it out.

I was unable to purchase the product from you directly as I was told my credit card was "denied". I subsequently went to Amazon and had no problem with the card. Unfortunately I now have to pay a $500 shipping fee.

Not happy with my order First your internet service failed to complete an order I reorder ordered again only to find that I'm now billed for two Motors Also said 3-5 days shipping .Now at 6 days and know its not coming on Sun. How do I find out when I'll receive the order

Your gate opener only lasted 1 1/2 years before needing repair. But, it was your customer service and the time it took to get the parts that was absolutely horrible. Parts should be available MUCH sooner than 6-8 was. (Keep some on hand in country).

Technical team did not get back to me with my concern. I had to call to find out the status of my query. Also putting the awning together was not as easy as mentioned. there is no parts list and some of the parts were damaged during shipping and I had to request replacements. Although the replacements weren't damaged, the paint was scuffed which means that they weren't properly protected within the packaging. I would not say that I had a good experience at all.

The first problem we had was that the instructions plainly state that the awning can only be safely installed onto concrete or stone. As the website showed the awning installed onto a house with siding, I was concerned. I called customer service to see why there were only parts included for attachment to concrete/stone. The lady that answered told me to ignore the warning in the instructions and to go to a hardware store and get what I needed to install the awning. I explained that I was told when ordering that all parts necessary for installation would be included in my purchase. I asked if she would send to me the necessary parts to attach my awning to my house. She said they didn't do that. I ended up spending an extra $21.00 for the proper bolts, receivers, nuts and washers necessary. The second problem was that I asked before the purchase, what the "slope drop" would measure when installed. I was told 24". I said that that would not work for my house and asked if that could be reduced. I was told that it could be adjusted to 12" . that is not true. The adjustment is minimal. maybe two or three inches. The third problem is that the remote control was not sent. When I called about that, I was told that they were temporarily out of remote controls and that was probably why I didnt get one. I was promised one as soon as they arrived. It did arrive in a timely manner. It does seem that I should have been alerted that the remote would be late arriving without me having to call about it. Finally, Two weeks after being installed, the provided nuts and bolts that hold the contraption together are all rusted and the mounting hardware and extension arms have the paint scraped off in several places from having been opened and closed a total of four times. I am dissapointed.

Found the pipe length I needed in the description on ALEKO’s site, 12’ top rail at a good price. Unfortunately it came in pieces and not the single section as pictured or described.

Part description and actual part do not match. Wrong part was received. Called the number to talk about the issue and they only accept by email which will take even longer to get any response back. Send email with picture of the item and copy of the paper which came with the part and so far no response from Aleko, very poor customer service. I will never buy Aleko products anymore and will not recommend it to anyone.

My order was placed on June 25 with 3-5 day guaranteed shipping. I received an email stating that the order had been shipped and was expected to arrive on Thursday, June 26. Great news I thought. June 26th came and went and when I checked the status at FedEx, the order stated that only the print label had been printed, no other activity. Upon contacting Aleko, I learned that part of my order was on backorder for at least 4-6 weeks. That was never indicated anywhere during the purchasing process and would have saved a lot of headache. Then went through several emails and finally called to get the order figured out. When I asked for rush shipping, that request was denied. Frustrating that I've had my banister off for a week waiting on parts with small children at home. Frustrations: 1). Lack of communication when order was not able to be fulfilled. Why should I be the one to contact Aleko as the customer? I should have been notified by the company not the other way around. 2) Receiving an email stating order had been shipped when clearly it hadn't. 3) Unwilling to correct what was clearly a Aleko issue by declining to overnight the remainder of my shipment.
