“ Just back from another good holiday. Blackpool The Queens Hotel. Clean room good food menu. Food quality fab and hot great service from staff in dinning room / bedroom staff and reception. The drivers are great always helpful and knowledgeable about were you are visiting. The staff who book your holidays always helpful dealing with any question/request without issue. The price of this holiday was really good. ”

“ Stayed at Anchor Hotel Western Supper Mare all staff fantastic. Yes hotel is old but very clean I don't need modern. People should relies the price they look pay for the trips instead of looking for fault. If they won't modern then go pay 5 Star prices. I travel with Alfa 4 times a year and will continue to do so . ”

“ The Thursday Coastal trip was only the Amble Harbour Village which was all of thirty minutes, the second place everyone just got off the coach, had lunch and got back on, then we were taken to Bamburgh Castle which was ridiculous price to enter and did not have time anyway the toilets were way up the road, a lot of the elder people could not be expected to climb up to the castle anyway. ”

“ Disgusted 2 yrs in a row you have cancelled my holiday... with no reasonable excuse leaving me only to get a refund... there are no alternatives to my booking because there is now no availability.. you do so without apology , explanation or compensation you are a disgrace and I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN .. ”

“ We went to the Queens Hotel in Blackpool, we were told the game's room would be open, but it was closed, so was the swimming pool, and so was the hot tub, which was supposed to be included in the hotel deal, which was what we paid for, so really it is going against the trade descriptions act, so it would be good to get some sort of refund for something I have paid for and not used, very disappointed ”

“ had two amazing hoildays with alfa one to weston super mare in june and again in cromer nolkfolk really lovely staff well stocked hotel clean bright excursions fabulous coach drivers andy and Brian could not been more helpful and friendly local pick up excellent food service rooms receptionists in both hotels incredible really go out the way to help. ”
