“I love your shoe indoors. I have planters fasciitis and they really help me. I had to call to order them because I had a question about an extra piece to put into the insole. When I spoke to Ben there he said I could order that piece, which I did. I just opened them today for the first time because I just bought another pair of shoes and the extra piece was not in the zippered package. I still love your product but I’m sad that I didn’t get that piece.”

Hello and thanks for the feedback! I think you are talking about the TABs that are not included with the insole. We do not include them because less than half of our customers need them and in an effort to reduce waste we allow them to be ordered as a separate item. They are available online when you order or you can call our 800 line to have them added to your order.

Thanks for the great feedback. We work hard to produce a product that exceeds customer expectations in both function and life. The ALINE products normally last 3-4 times longer than stock insoles which reduces the overall lifetime cost significantly.

“I have had heel pain for years. I tried these based on a recommendation from a friend. Now every morning that I get out of bed my heel pain is no longer there. It used to be that I had to stretch for 10 minutes every morning to alleviate the pain. These are excellent, highly recommend.”

“I bought a pair of Aline insoles for my road bike shoes because I was getting numbness and tingling in the ball of my foot. Well, then I bought a gravel bike and had to put them in those shoes, and then I bought a mountain bike and definitely needed them in those shoes too. They are the best, most comfortable insoles on the market. I recommend them to everyone who is having pain and discomfort in their feet.”

“Is it just me, or has the contour of the A-Line orthotic footbed changed? Several years ago, when I received my first pairs, the contour seemed to be a prevalent, long, sloping, "speed-bump" type contour which stretched diagonally along the length of the orthotic and crossed the width of the shoe, from the heel to the ball of the foot. It felt very comfortable to wear, and I could feel my foot gently roll across this "speed bump" with every step. Now, it seems that the gently rolling motion is no longer present, and it feels as though the orthotic footbed's contour has been altered. My foot no longer gently rolls across a contoured "speed bump." Rather, it seems now that my feet have a block-type motion and their motion jams where the orthotic jabs up into my anterior calcaneus area, and again in the medial arch area. Where there formerly was a gentle, supported, rolling motion, there is now a disjointed motion. Was the footbed contour changed, or have I changed?”

Shirley, Thank you for reaching out. We have not changed the contour of the insole for over 6 years. Before that there was a more aggressive contour fo some of the products. Perhaps the difference is the style of insole you are using? The ALINE Red and Green have the least cushion, and the Black and Yellow have an added layer of cushion. “Hi, I like your products. Your customer service is exceptional. Prompt personal calls are much appreciated. I'm disappointed in your $10 charge for the little wedges that tilt the insert for people like me that pronate. When I first started purchasing your products the wedges were included in the basic price. Now I pay $10 for about $0.03 of plastic. For me the wedges are a necessity. Your products aren't cheap. Boosting the basic price over $100 seems excessive. Just my thoughts.”
