“Driver Rodney arrived on time at Red Hook Cruise Terminal Brooklyn; very helpful and friendly, pointing out landmarks enroute our upper west side hotel. I was initially frustrated by non response from bookings reception several months earlier when I needed to change pickup time; thankfully supervisor ultimately responded.”

“I have been using Allstate for my family some time now, and the service has been consistently excellent. All of our experiences have been with courteous and very professional dispatchers, and courteous and very professional drivers. Cars arrive on time or early, and communications by cell phone and text keep us updated. Traveling with a family can be stressful, but knowing that I can count on consistency with a car service takes away one of those stresses.”

“I made reservations months in advance for a car to/from a musical from our New York hotel. The car did not show up to take us to the musical and I received no phone call. When I called, I was told there were no cars available. Ended up having to take a taxi. After the play, the car did not show up again and we waited an hour for it to come. While these issues were very inconvenient and I was not happy, Allstate did make up for it by not charging us for our scheduled ride to the airport the next day. I didn't even ask them to do this, so great customer service for an initially unhappy customer. Thank you!”

“I had an excellent experience of the ride and the driver. I tipped him $20 However, I was quoted a price of $50 for this ride, which I approved. I just got a bill for $121 Which I did not approve. Now I have to go after the company to try to get Refunded $61 Not happy about that”

“The best car service we have seen in NY. Timely answering of calls. Nice people. Car on time with driver who was courteous and knew his way. Also could understand and speak English (unusual in NY these days). Good price as well.”

“The drivers are courteous and professional. The vehicles are clean and roomy. They make sure all passengers are comfortable throughout the ride. The company alerts you when the drivers are arriving, type of vehicle, identifying information, etc. The company prices were so reasonable. Overall outstanding service. I will definitely use them again and recommend the company to friends and family. Allstate Private Car and Limo Service, a company you can trust.”

“The problem is with the way the booking was handled. 1. Although I have been charged USD10 as fee for pickup inside the arrival hall & a parking fee, I was never met by anyone in the arrival hall. 2. I had to call your customer support and was advised that a car (#249) was on the way. 3. I came out of the arrival hall with my luggage and waited in the passenger pickup area for another 10 minutes but car #249 did not turn up. 4. I had to call up your customer support again and the call was transferred to a driver who said he was on the way and then, after a minute, that he had reached the nearby parking garage area. Please note that these calls are not cheap as I'm on international roaming here. 5. I kept talking with him while trying to locate him. He finally located me & took me to the car. 6. He was courteous and helpful. 7. His car #, however, was not 249. I enquired about the delay in pickup & he mentioned that he was just contacted by your office a few minutes back with a request to pick me up. That's why he was not in a position to meet me at the arrival hall. 8. This left a bad taste in the mouth. However, I had decided to move on while never to use your services again. 9. The situation was further aggravated on 25/06/18 when my credit card account was debited a second time by you. When I sent a mail to you for reversal, I was advised that this was the final charge and that the first charge was a 'hold'. My credit card account has, however, been debited twice. 10. I have reiterated that this unauthorised charge be immediately reversed and I have disputed this charge.”

“On a short notice trip (approx 4 hours notice), the driver was at our Times Square hotel over an hour before our scheduled pickup and was helpful with our bags; however, nobody answered the dispatch phone number, BOTH TIMES I attempted to call to confirm the pickup. The only way to get a response was to use Facebook Messenger, which was kind of odd, and even then it wasn’t an immediate reaponse.”

“Our driver was courteous, professional and friendly. He arrived early informing us of an issue on the turnpike affording us the opportunity to leave early. We arrived at the airport in good time and not rushed. I highly recommend Allstate to anyone needing a safe professional driver and comfortable ride”
