I thought the service and price were great. Booked for my son for a pick up at LGA when it was difficult finding any other availability. The driver was on time, texted my son to let him know where he was parked, and he was very courteous. The price was exactly as quoted with just a few dollars more (I mean like less than $10) for tax or tolls. Would highly recommend and plan on using them myself in the near future.

I can't say enough about my last two rides with your car service. Yesterday, on our trip to JF, our driver was wonderful. He got us there in good time. He was magnificently couteous to us getting into and out of the vehicle. He waved to let us know he was our driver. He left me with "I hope to see you again." I didn't get his name this time. Please let him know that I appreciated his concern for my mobility impairment, and his careful attention to me. Last trip, on March 9th, Richard did everything he could to get us to the airport on time. Again, he was vey kind and attentive. I will continue to use your service when I am in need. Thanks again for "being there."

On time, very contactable, clean and new car, courteous and friendly driver and reasonable price. There is no question that we would use this car service again. I don't have any negative feedback at all.

A problem has occurred with one of the two transfers I have booked. Despite the temporary hiccup, the service I received and the prompt actions of the company saved the day! Great driver, superb vehicles and overall great service.

Booked a car for my boss, no one turned up. Boss called them but they said they can't dispatch a car within the hr. I called them the nextt day, said someone cancelled the trip. I was appalled like wtf, but it was the weekend, and no manager on site to verify. Said I have to call Monday. Looking to get a refund..grrr. I asked for an email but hello said no email address that he is aware of. The feedback form doesn't have an enter button as well.

I have tried to contact Natasha in your Billing department three times and been hung up on three times, after waiting on hold for a total of over an hour, trying to get a resolution to my issues with your service. I was overcharged for the pickup on 4/29. Quoted $157, charged $204. The driver was on time, and pleasant, but the vehicle itself was a bit shabby. My return trip on 5/2 was worse. Your driver, Palwin Dhaliwhal, was the worst driver I have ever had. He arrived thirty minutes late. He complained the entire trip about how he didn't want to go to EWR airport. He even called your offices and tried to get out of it while we were in the back seat. He complained about the traffic, his long drive home after work, how long it takes to get to EWR... The vehicle had a broken taillight. When handling the bags, he basically dumped them on the ground. Finally, he demanded $22 in cash for the tolls, which I foolishly paid, and then basically demanded a tip on top of that. Since I believe the tolls were included in the fare I paid directly to you by credit card, you have a driver who is stealing from your customers. I called to complain on the day of service, but no one was available to help me - the office staff had all gone home (it was a few minutes after 5:00, so that's certainly possible). I highly recommend that everyone avoid this car service.

Don't hire them!!! Listen to me this place is nothing more than a taxi service that overcharges, hidden fees. I ordered a luxury sedan and these jokers sent a powder blue Hyundai. Nothing about this says private car service. A sham.

I made reservations months in advance for a car to/from a musical from our New York hotel. The car did not show up to take us to the musical and I received no phone call. When I called, I was told there were no cars available. Ended up having to take a taxi. After the play, the car did not show up again and we waited an hour for it to come. While these issues were very inconvenient and I was not happy, Allstate did make up for it by not charging us for our scheduled ride to the airport the next day. I didn't even ask them to do this, so great customer service for an initially unhappy customer. Thank you!

The driver did not meet inside at the arrival hall, even though this was paid for. The car was old and worn-out, and the driver looked like any taxi-driver. Our total impression is that this was an overpriced taxi ride in a slightly bigger car. Definitely not a limo-experience. We will not use Allstate again.

After we made the reservation i send a email throuth your website asking where will be the pickup point. No one answered.We stayed for 2 hours waiting in a frozen night.the drived that pick us there in the terminal wanted us to pay more money for the ride.

No car arrived. I called dispatch three times and each time I was told a car 'was on its way'. Each time I was given a different excuse for why the car was not there. Finally, an hour after scheduled time a car arrived. He did not know my destination, that I had paid in advance or any other detail. I book a car and pay in advance so I don't have to deal with this at 6:45 a.m. arriving in a new city. I expect a full refund for this transaction.

Our ride was so disappointing That it does not even deserve the minimum of 1 star. After a delay of our luggage at the Airport due to the weather conditions are we ”Welcomed” to a so called ”VIP” car That couldnt be in a worse condition, so old and dirty. If it had been cleaned in the last year both on the inside and outside would probably be a joke. Looked like dry vomit in the frontseat. Usch!!! It was also too small for what we purchased, because the requirement for the VIP car was that it would fit 4 people and 4 normal size luggages. However, the driver had a huge car wheel in his trunk so we had to squeeze into the car with a luggage in the backseat ending Up sitting horrible bad the whole ride. We Have pictures provning this!!! On top of this bad experience, Did the driver turn of the air in the car which made all the windows foggy and impossible to look through. Lastly, couldnt the driver even find the right address. Im so disappointed, That I cant find words... I ordered your service because of recommendations and a VIP car since we are in NY for Birthday Celebrations and this is How it starts. I Have seriously never had such bad experience anywhere else in the world. I wish to be contacted by your company and be compensated for this extremely poor service of yours! This was absolutely unacceptable!
