“Wasn’t sure whether the parcel was large or small. Made enquire through email but never received a reply. Ended up paying for large freight item just to ensure delivery. Also found delivery option being added to total difficult to find on website. Delivery was quick and very happy with product.”

“The goods I received were what I ordered and came relatively quickly. I did have to follow up via email and phone to check the status of it. The email response came through really quickly, where as the phone line kept ringing out with the message box as full so I couldn't leave a message. This part of their service could be improved. Apart from this I was happy with my experience.”

“The product itself is great! The instructions were very difficult to follow and the pictures were fuzzy. When initially ordered online, I didn’t receive any confirmation back for weeks of the order, when delivery would be, nothing. This led us to the point of nearly canceling the order all together. In the end, we have received the order, figured out how to build, and the kids LOVE it! We tried to order another one for grandmas house but they are sold out unfortunately. Fingers crossed they increase production sooner than later.”
