“I bought magnet tiles that I thought were clear as the pictures displayed but were actually brightly coloured…. Pretty disappointed”

“Ordered a unicorn tee pee the packaging was unicorn and when opened Xmas dsy it contained a dinosaur or some such orange figure thing inside . Still awaiting a response as my email has gone unanswered”

You happen to already be sending emails addressed to her (see yours, below) to my email address. Tamar turns one year old today, and I ordered a gift to be sent to her via ALL 4 KIDS. The online store looks excellent and I appreciate its existence. But not quite ready to set up an account. I omitted to set one up when I made my purchase - I was halfway into the purchase when that option was presented. (You might have a word with your tecchie people about that). I’m well aware that emails like yours and other marketing emails are automatically and mass-generated. However, you might also want to check out one bit of ALL 4 KIDS’ follow-up process. I think it should have been clear from entries like mine that in the case where someone is sending a gift to someone at a different address (and in this case, country): there is one name, address etc for the purchaser and a different name & address for the recipient. Surely this happens a lot? (etc) I hope you will find this small piece of feedback useful. In other words: 1. Why don't you READ the replies given, and amend communications accordingly? 2. Please refrain from sending further requests for reviews.”

“Super simple to purchase, item was available for pickup within a week. I appreciated the store assistant checking my ID upon pickup to ensure all was legitimate. Product is high quality, I will be purchasing again.”

“No updates as to the status of the order. I emailed twice to find out and was told would check with the team and get back to me. Which did not. A week later I emailed again and was told would be sent at end of the week or early next week no email to say sent. Took about 28 days to receive doll. Very stressful”

“I was concerned the dollhouse I bought for my daughter won’t arrive in time before Christmas, I sent an email and they responded straight away mentioning it was sent a few days ago. I must have missed the tracking details in my email. I’m very happy with the quick response and it was a detail I missed and very excited for Santa to deliver a dollhouse for my daughter on Christmas Day.”

“I wouldn’t purchase from this site again. I was actually thinking that it was a dodgy site. Web site advertised 3 day dispatch. After a week I emailed the contact email and received a computerised response saying they would check what was happening. 5 day latter and nothing. I rang and got an answering machine but no return phone call. Another 5 days and both phone & email. I let msg stating that I believed they were dodgy and if I didn’t get a personalised response I was going to consumer affairs. Order arrived 1 week latter,”

“I bought a play couch for my sons 1st birthday... delivery took a very long time but the communication back and forth from the company and I really helped that process along. The couch came in excellent condition and our son loves it! Definitely recommend.”
