“I have had consistent issues ordering from the ABB website. The first time, I got sent a chocolate chip loaf instead of a plain loaf for my very first order. Then, when I ordered a second time later in the future, my bread never came and I had to alert Allie via email that the bread never got sent (she did end up sending it). This happened a second time where I didn’t receive my bread and had to notify her about it. This time, I ordered on a Tuesday and didn’t receive my bread until the next week when it was supposed to be sent out the same week for a Christmas party.. needless to say I had no bread for the party. I did open up the bread to eat it myself and it was bone dry with no banana flavor. Just all around disappointed, and it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service as they either don’t respond or take days to respond in between each email.”

“I was really excited to order this banana bread with chocolate chips; however, the banana flavor was non-existent. I felt like it was a chocolate cake versus a banana bread with chocolate chips. The cake very moist but just wasn’t for me.”

“Both breads (the gluten free & original) were super wet. The gluten free was both wet on the outside and bone dry on the inside. I sent an email asking if this was the quality to expect of the product, when I was told they would resend the shipment. When I followed up with them, I never heard anything back. Super disappointed, but was pulled in by the great marketing. Don't make the same mistake.”

Hi Hannah, I did respond to you. I said the gluten free one must’ve been a bad one unfortunately, so I asked which loaf you’d like to get as a replacement and you never responded. The other loaf you claim was just too moist and wanted a refund because your family didn’t like it, which isn’t a reason to get a refund. Sometimes we get things we don’t like and we move on. Again, the gluten free one sounded like it was a one off that was bad, so if you’d like to respond to my email where I asked which loaf you’d like as a replacement, feel free. Allie

“Order it. Eat it all. Then order it again. I've bought about every flavor there is and I will continue to order this bread every month for the foreseeable future. The absolute best banana bread I have ever had and it continues to exceed all expectations, time and time again.”

“Banana bread had a lot of potential. The chocolate chip banana bread had an overload of chocolate I could barely taste the banana. I had to pick out chips. I knew i should’ve followed my gut and got the regular banana bread. The bread was a bit doughy like. Almost similar to cookie dough. I popped it in the air fryer and it was better. As i stated the overload of chocolate didn’t allow me enjoy it how i desperately wanted to.”

“Ok, two different reviews for the two types of bread I ordered. First, the regular banana bread was absolutely fantastic! I have never had a better loaf than yours. Moist, flavorful, just the right combination of "banana" and "bread". I will certainly order again. Second, the blueberry with crumble was just too sweet for me. Maybe the crumble part was a bit much, I don't know. But it, too, was very moist. I was amazed at how both retained their moisture and did not dry out in shipping. Thank you!”
