I'll give you my first hand experience of what happened using AllStarLogo. I have a very tight deadline to get 300 fleece jackets embroidered and delivered within 10 days to New York. AllStar Logo came through with flying colors. The jackets and the embroidery was absolutely superb. I high recommend these guys.

We've been extremely disappointed by the service and lack of integrity from AllStar Logos. My company ordered polo golf shirts specifically 60%poly/40% cotton blend. We received 90% cotton which will not work for our needs. I reached out to customer service THREE times before anyone responded, only to say they would reimburse us just 20% WHAT?!?! THEY made the error so we should be compensated 100% or a better business practice would be to send us the CORRECT product we ordered. They seem to not care about making things right and unapologetic to the fact that their error caused us to not be able to deliver these promotional items on time. Never recommend this company! Dishonest and pathetic..

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I had a great experience with AllStar Logo. When I placed my order for 50 The North Face jackets, their site said I will receive them in 3 weeks. But, I needed it faster. So, I called Diana the customer service rep and told her that I needed the jackets in my hands in two weeks. She was able to do it for me, no questions asked. AllStar Logo's customer service rep. was top notch, and I received my products 5 days earlier than expected. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. If you have an order that needs to be turned around fast.

We sent in a $1500 order for embroidered hoodies, and they embroidered a completely incorrect color. Their "iron clad guarantee" is all a lie. Not only did they refuse to correct the mistake (they offered a 5% discount on a future order LOL), they stopped replying to phone calls and emails, forcing us to go to our bank and request a chargeback. Then they have the audacity to send us to collections for the money they scammed out of us! It's honestly laughable that a company can operate in this manner and have quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Give your business to literally any other company out there, don't make the same mistake we did.

I had a phenomenal experience with Allstar Logo. My company needed 1000 shirts turned around with a logo in two weeks. Then, Liz and Edmond came through and made it happen. I could not be any happier with the quality of the products and the service I got from them. ReplyLike

Horrible service. Paid for rush shipping, was giving a deliver by date. Now it's a week after that date and I still ave no shirts and no tracking. Support said they would refund the rush charge and that hasn't happened either. Starting to think this is a scam.

I had a good experience with my company's first order of golf shirts from AllStar Logo. No issues - I was able to order online. Then we ordered 15 backpacks with embroidery. We requested and it was confirmed by AllStar Logo that the bags would have two logos on them. The backpacks arrived and only had one logo, which was smaller than initially communicated by AllStar. I called to inquire about the missing logo. I was transferred twice before I got to someone who could help and had to repeat the issue multiple times since no communication was relayed between the people I spoke with. When I finally spoke with someone, he told me there was no way they could embroider the logo where requested, which I understood once I saw the bag in person. However, no communication was sent prior to them processing the order. Also, no apology was given. They did say they would refund the set up charge of the second logo. They did not address the issue of one logo being smaller than initially communicated. Also, I ordered 15 bags and am still waiting for the other 7 to arrive. I called to try and get tracking, but the only person who could help was out to lunch, so I had to leave a voicemail. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Our restaurant chain had been working with another apparel company for years and after many mistakes and awful customer service that they provided us with, we decided to switch to "Allstar logo" and we"re so happy we did so! They not only give us a much better deal and quality on the merchandise , but also their staff is super friendly and informative over the phone. Their team helped me get exactly what I was looking for ,and the designer went out of his way to make the necessary changes to make my company logo precisely how we wanted it to look. We always receive our shipment on time , which is very important for our events. ( A part that was handled poorly by the previous company we worked with)! If i could I would give ALL STAR more than FIVE STARS!!

Excellent as always!!! I have ordered different types of apparel to promote my business three times now from AllstarLogo.I've been consistently extremely pleased with the product, the service, along with embroidery and pricing for this job. I would recommend this company to other businesses.

I had an extremely bad experience. Ordered beach towels as samples for a fundraiser. I needed specific color and sizes, and ordered those exact items per the website description and was sent completely different size and materials. The only thing they got right were the colors. I emailed with zero response. I called and spoke to Evan who was rude, interrupted me repeatedly and kept speaking over me. They offered to refund my money minus shipping , once they received the items back, also at my expense. Why should I have to pay for shipping either direction for merchandise I did not order....
