Their website is well organized and has a large selection of products. But for some unknown reason, I know get an Error 403, access denied when trying to access Alltricks online shop. I have contacted them. The support guy was very arrogant and replied to me that there was an issue with my ISP, and that I should change my internet provider if I wanted to access their site. I replied to them that use the largest ISP in Sweden (Telia) and that will be easier for me to buy from a more welcoming online store. Dubious attitude at best :(

As others have mentioned here: do your research before buying from Alltricks! Ordered a pair of trails shoes, paid for express shipping only for the order to not be sent out on time. I wrote to them saying I would decline the delivery because it was too late--delivery was never attempted, they don't want the shoes back and keep instructing the delivery partner to try and deliver to me, no refund, no answers from customer support. Now I have to file a claim with the bank.

Do not be duped into buying from this Company by falling for great prices and a fancy website. I spent £1000 on a groupset which never arrived. No emails ever answered or any response via their page chat. Be smarter than me by reading their reviews before you place your order.

I was looking for a specific helmet and Alltricks seemed to have it at a good price. I ordered it and it was dispatched. About 10 days later it still hadn't left France. Then the tracking said it was "returned to sender for an unknown reason". I contacted customer support who said I would get store credit which could be converted to a refund (which is just another step towards them keeping your money longer). Tracking showed as returned to sender but they kept saying I would be refunded when it got back to them. Eventually they stopped replying. I contacted PayPal, Alltricks didn't even respond to the dispute and PayPal refunded me. Absolute scam artists and I will avoid at all costs in the future. Buy elsewhere even if you pay a little more. I ended up getting the helmet from another supplier and had it next day. Alltricks are USELESS.

Scam-like practice, fake price advertised, Credit Card charged but they never delivered the goods. Absolutely non-existent support, not answering emails, on phone, after days of trying to reach them only some arrogant unhelpful generic parody on customer service. A shop to avoid, I'm afraid.

UK CUSTOMERS BEWARE UK CUSTOMERS BEWARE - huge hidden costs, dishonest prices. I ordered a bike for 333 euros (284GBP) with a delivery charge of about 30 with DPD to the UK. Parcelforce (where was DPD?) then demanded an additional 117GBP in customs. 'handling fees' and VAT. There was not the slightest suggestion that these charges would be made at the point of sale. Parcelforce have returned the bike and ALLTRICKS are refusing to refund.

Both times I ordered sneakers from them, they confirmed everything and then suddenly a week later would say they refunded the order. No explanation. Very frustrating.

I ordered a Garmin watch back in June at a cost of 548 euro, they sent the wrong product to me, I tried for weeks to contact customer services, eventually they sent me a email with a return slip to send back their wrong product, saying as soon as I send them a tracking number they will send my watch to me. THAT was three weeks ago still no watch and no contact from customer services. Do not deal with this company and their customer service is disgraceful

Horrible experience! Stay away from them. I am still ordering for the second time a product they keep on delaying the delivery. For the past two months i am waiting to receive a product. Every times they reordered the product, the item was ordered four times in two months with nothing to show. They increase the price, they dont explain, they keep me waiting, and still no product received. Customer service is clueless, rude and useless. Its a vicious circle with a lack of responsibitly from them. Go somewhere else

This business is unreliable, unhelpful and dishonest. I ordered an item and was given a 24 hour delivery option for an extra €20 with DPD DELIVERY. They took my money and posted it. Twelve days later it eventually arrived in my country and before it was delivered they postponed the delivery. I phone them five times and emailed them seven times and I just kept getting someone writing down my remarks so they could investigate the delay. Their customer service is worst I’ve ever had. I wish I had read the online reviews prior to my purchase. They have spoilt the purchase and they still have the goods and the money near on two weeks after I paid upfront. They sent it by post and kept the courier €20 delivery charge. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

I got the wrong item (bike saddle). I did try it in the hope it would fit, than I could accept the wrong delevery. Now I can't return anymore. But they send something I can't use and don't want!
