“I preordered my 'canine' system on the 14th Nov. It kept getting delayed and delayed and finally came into stock on the 26th. Before they fulfilled the order they needed me to reauthorise, I did and they took the money again and nothing came back into my account. Initially they said they only took the payment once, then after 2 days they agreed they had it and a refund is on it's way. Still don't have it back after multiple emails and phone calls. 3 weeks before xmas I'm 2.5k down.
The now £5k system arrived on the 27th and I get a BSOD and then bootloops with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Called Alphasync, performed all the troubleshooting, eg remove cmos battery, reseat ram. Still nothing. Now they want me to reinstall windows, I work from a mac so I can't make my own drive and I had to get a guy from work to make me one. Tonight is the night, if it doesn't work it's going straight back to them.
Completely flabberghasted with the whole thing.”
