“The WORST! Customer service ever!
Why?
Because it's non-existent.
It takes a lot to anger me, but Amazon.ae has succeeded in tipping me over the edge! I am irate at the poor service. My order got canceled after 20 days of no word! and I just get told I will get a refund. I waited for the product for 20 days and on the day of the promised delivery. Not a word to explain what happened, just a "Hey, we will refund you"
My business with amazon.ae is done.
Stick with noon, at least they care about their customers.”
“The delivery dates are lies, and choosing faster delivery options is also entirely useless, since they are never honoured.
It may be called Amazon, but in no way is this Amazon. If you actually NEED something, you are better off going out and buying it physically, or ordering from Amazon.com. Then, IF your order ships to UAE it will actually arrive when it is supposed to, in spite of the more complex logistics.”
