From the 6 of February24 i have been trying to get back hundreds of dollars Amazon went into my account and took. i have made over 30 calls all i get is rude comment from their customer service and more lies. The stuff never arrived, Purolater sent it back, all i get is game playing and lies,Never shop from Amazon, shop local. then they call me a fraude, clear my profile and surpress the stuff i ordered under lock down, now they want the bank to reimburse me, bank never did nothing . you have the items back and my money, i would call that theft.

I am extremely frustrated with their policy which, even though it clearly states the undelivered package is damaged and returning to Amazon, they refuse to issue the refund now, making me wait for no reason at all, forcing me to call them again. I just want to get a refund and then to reorder. It's ridiculous, senseless. And extremely annoying.

So it is 1st Dec 2023 and this order leaves in the morning from an Amazon facility 30 mins away from my home and does not get delivered the whole day. By the way I am on the east side of Toronto and the weather was nowhere close to severe. Looks like Amazon will close down services when it actually gets worse in Jan to March. If they cannot deliver by estimated time why do they even provide a delivery date. Atleast one will not waste time ordering for urgent items.

I have complained to customer service at least twice and been told issue would be corrected. Shipping instructions state "MUST BE LEFT BETWEEN DOORS" I order expensive items and packages are still left on the porch.

I had REQUESTED packages to be delivered to the tenant. I would not have requested this had I or my husband not been home. The delivery driver DID NOT KNOCK! I was barely able to hear some rustling at the door of the apartment, went to check and there the packages were. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

When u cancel your item(s) before they are shipped they are suppose to Not charge u. Today I called for my same day shipping and I still hadn't gotten a shipped notification for the item by 3:30pm and so this was mu last straw with them. I called to cancel the order AND my account and the girl says OK. I get 2 notifications 1 that they cancelled the account and the second they shipped the package. Literally right after I got off the phone. Despite me asking to cancel it. Not ONLY that the package I was suppose to get same day shipping is now set to come for tomorrow. So they pressed ship right away to get the last few dollars out of me and set it to be delivered for a day I won't be available and won't be all week now. Talking 2 "supervisor" said there was nothing he could do and I told him angrily 3 times the policy wasn't shipped and according to their policy u can cancel it, also the package is guaranteed for 1 day shipping since it said it was processed and yet they now have it set for the next day. Absolutely scammers. And thieves. Never again. Costco is cheaper for the things I need anyways without having to wait all day 8 am-10pm or worse for 2 or 3 days 8 am-10pm for your parcels that are guaranteed but never come on time. Also the "supervisor" sends me an email the package will be returned to them. Then they have to Inspect it and only THEN Give me a refund. So it could get damaged in the truck, me not even seeing the package and then once processed could take 5-7 (3-5 for bank and around an extra 2 for them to process it themselves) business days to get the money back. WHY WOULD A LEGITIMATE COMPANY TAKE THE MONEY IF I ASKED TO CANCEL THE PRODUCT?! Oh right. They did that to get a few measly bucks. Jokes on then if they send a driver out 1-3 days they waste their delivery guys gas coming to a apartment that is going to get sent back.

Amazon in Canada definitely and obviously is cheating on the Prime customers. As a prime customers I ordered many items which on Amazon website said delivery today or tomorrow but practically I received from 3 to 5 days after I placed the order. Also Amazon pushes and fouls customers to become prime members.

I have so far always been satisfied with Amazon service until recently. I ordered a CPU work $485. I was away when I got a confirmation for the delivery. On returning to my home a few days later, I never found my package. I reached out to Amazon for a refund and was directed to the third party who sold it. He provided me with a proof of delivery from Fedex. However, I still did not have my package. I reached out again to Amazon customer service and was told to reach out to the seller. I explained I had already done that, and was asked to do so again and wait for 48hrs, after which if I didn't get a respond, I should reach out again and they would up an A to Z guarantee claim which should cover my lost. I reached out and the claim was opened. I was asked to file a police report which I did, and upload the report number to the claim, which I also did. 2 Days later, my claim was declined which I appealed asking for a reason my claim was declined. Anther 2days later, my appeal was decline again, stating the reason for declining to be that my package was delivered. It is likely my package was delivered as I have hardly had any issues with delivery before. But if my package is delivered and stolen (which I am assuming), why am I now being punished. I not only do not have my package, but also I do not have the $485 I spend for the my package. I find this very unacceptable for a company like Amazon to punish me for no fault of mind, for a service they did not successfully fulfill from their end. I think I will probably start taking my business to physical stores. This is no was to treat your customers.

Warning! Stay away from Amazon & companies who use Intelcom delivery. Amazon has no competency in hiring delivery services. The delivery never shows up when they say it will. I always take days off to receive a package that never arrives! What am I supposed to do about all the money I've lost out on as well as spent just to be able to be home to accept a delivery when they claimed it would arrive!?!?!! They never follow any delivery instructions - which are "call me! - the buzzer does NOT work in my building!!" So they take a picture of the buzzer system and tell me they tried to deliver by ringing the damn buzzer that does NOT work! 🤬 W t f !? I am done with Amazon and any other company that uses Intelcom to deliver their packages. I cancelled my prime subscription today & found a better company. I've had this exact experience too many times for over 1 year now! So it's not like I did notice give them ample time to do right by me - Amazon has failed 👎

I used to be a customer with Amazon until a couple of days ago. I placed an order for two items on March 1st. I then got a note stating the items were “undeliverable” and to expect a refund within 2 weeks and once it is received by the originator. I never received the refund ($66). Consequently, I closed the account. Under no circumstances should a customer wait for a refund when it is clearly the company’s fault.

Amazon has officially become a joke ! They are directly involved in Amazon return pallet scams on Amazons website and on Facebook marketplace! Marketplace is full of pages and adds that sell Amazon return items but it’s a total scam it’s the same thing on Amazons website it involves the same shipping company’s the same BS tracking companies and their all based out of china. I had to notify my credit card company and Scams BC and the BBB. And there are so many people with similar stories!

I placed an order, your App gave me an error message so I placed a duplicate order. I returned the item the minute it arrived and since then Amazon has received it. I am told I am to wait a month to get my credit card (Amazon credit card) refunded. In the mean time I have to make interest payments on the credit card. I guess good business for you guys but shifty move with your customers. I wonder how much you guys make out of people with this kind of shaddy behavior

I thought I was just feeling insecure when my fiance would just be on his phone at odd hours, until I decided to take a chance to know, knowing is better than self doubts and it was exactly what happened when I employed the services of this particular group I came across by chance to help check his phone out into. Now I know when he’s telling the truth and how to curtail him, I think it is not a drastic step if it'll make you feel better. My life got better, I stopped using my precious time to bother about his indiscretions and channeled my energy positively. SUPPORT@HACKERSPYVILLE.COM

Don’t even deserve one star, Amazon’s prime membership that advertises “same day delivery” or next day shipping is a total scam. Why pay for a membership when they can’t deliver on the delivery date? If you want same day delivery, get in your vehicle and purchase your item at a local store… Amazon is useless When they have delivered a time which is late, it isn’t even to the front door. Instead it is left at the entrance to the building (see photo)

I ordered MSI Crosshair 15 B12UGSZ-480CA 15.6" and have just received the laptop. When I bought this laptop there were two places to buy, (Amazon with higher price or Best Buy). I chose to buy it through Amazon (Because this item is sold and shipped by Amazon), and I believed that Amazon was a good company but I was wrong!!. When I received this laptop, and I turned it on, and I began to set-up & within seconds the screen started flickering, screen & Laptop glitched & remained stuck despite restarting the laptop & charging it. I spoke directly with Amazon's customer service to replace the item and I stayed on the line for more than 90minutes and their only option was to make a refund or to keep the defective laptop with me and give me 170.90CAD as a discount. I bought this laptop, a new laptop during cyber Monday that cost me 1940 CAD and I waited 2 weeks to receive it, but unfortunately it is defected (How does Amazon sell a defective product)?? and when I asked for a replacement for the same model I've already bought but a good one not a defected one (which is my right) they have just say sorry we can only refund you!! The price has gone up and I have to wait until next year for the Cyber Monday sale. I do not recommend buying any expensive deals through Amazon because they have the worst customer service ever!!

I ordered a new Breville espresso machine as a gift on amazon.ca. It is an expensive item but it came to the person who has a special occasion in an absolutely inappropriate state. The box was damaged and dirty, everything inside the box was also filthy and with numerous traces of use. The receiver of this gift came home specifically to get this gift and you can imagine her disappointment. I was very embarrassed. So, I contacted Amazon Support immediately. At first, they said that the best they can do is replace the item and give me a $10 promo balance, also to send this used item back I had to drop it off myself which I find completely unfair (the machine weights 11 kilos). I wasn't satisfied and in the end, they were ready to give me a $30 promo balance and refund the UPS pick-up service. The other two options were to get a full refund or to get a 30% discount and keep the used item. The next day I contacted the support again and to my greatest surprise, there was no trace of the earlier conversation. Amazon didn't store it. So, I had to explain the situation from scratch. In addition to that, the terms they offered the next day were even worse – no pickup available, 10$ promo balance, or 25% discount to keep the used item. I was really furious, and escalated the problem. The support guy promised me a call from a senior assistant within 48 hours but nobody called. Then, I had to contact them AGAIN. In the end, I've finally got a call but it was completely useless. The only thing they helped me with was the report for the technical issue of the lost chat conversation. All the proofs of the initial terms they had offered were in that chat. Extremely awful user experience. First of all, Amazon Support chat itself is really bad: you can't attach pictures there, they don't provide any chat reference for further convenience, and turned out they don't store chat history either. Besides that, the support team behaves really inconsistently and sometimes even rude: the terms they offer change over time; they don't keep their promises; terms, in general, are so bad, nobody cares about customer time and health. In the future, I will definitely avoid amazon.ca and amazon.com as diligently as I can.

I was in disbelief when customer service twice hung up the phone on me when I asked them for my refund back to my credit card as they lost my package for the 4th time. I can't believe I am writing this as I always thought their service was top-notch until today. The first time I ordered a package, it said it was 'undelivered' so I called them up and they gave me a gift balance to order it again. The second and third time, it was delivered to someone's home (They showed a picture of a home that wasn't mine). I submitted a report, added extra delivery instructions, and they assured me it will go to the right address this time. The fourth time, there was no picture and it said it was handed to a resident. When I received that notification, I immediately called them and said who did you give it to as it sure wasn't handed to me. They told me to wait 24 hours and then call back. When I did, they told me: "the unusually high number of lost orders that you have reported exceeds this occasional expectation". I kept saying I didn't receive the package and they basically called me a liar, refused a refund, and hung up. Not once but twice. I called my credit card to report that transaction and disputing it with my credit card as I speak. The credit card company told me if they didn't ask me for a signature then there is no proof it was handed to me. The way they dealt with me was the worst way a company handles the situation. Never using AMAZON CANADA AGAIN.

From good, bad to worst. When there are issues, trying to contact Amazon is extremely difficult. These past 2 weeks keep getting the wrong items and all cause by Amazon, Fulfilled by Amazon From Outside Canada, they can't picked and ship the right items. Tried reaching out to Amazon but not possible, Sent messages and not reply back. I have another order that is still pending to arrive since Friday and now it's Sunday and never got my order. Not sure what's going in with Amazon, very poor service overall! Not getting as per advertised, not getting as per schedule, even when putting true, no vulgar ect reviews about a purchased, Amazon Do not post it because it's the truth! Sometime no issues but when they're are, the only thing is to return & re-order and then get the wrong thing more than twice, it's too much.

3 hrs to get thru....endured multiple disconections and 2 hang ups and 8 people later NO RESOLVE . They screwed up my order wrong frame and it was damaged to boot. Refused to have UPS pick up insisted we return to drop off. We are seniors the pkg was 100lbs we couldn't lift it and drop off was 2 hrs away. There only other solution was for them to pick up but it would take over a week for them just to process the email to do this yet refused to refund me. They screw up and customers get to pay for it. I could see if the amount was minimal but it was a bed I needed and the amount of the bed alone was $300. Never Again......Abominable customer service!!!!!! You can clearly see its white not black as ordered you can clearly see its WH on box and you can clearly see some of the damage and the amazon shipping labels

I bought a camera monitor from Amazon Canada atomos V for around $900. I received the package I opened it and what I found in the package was a $5 monitor which blown my mind me and my wise were shocked, right away I called the customer service and the lady told me I am issuing a return label and you’re gonna refunded, after 2 weeks I received an email from Amazon that We’re gonna charge you because you didn’t return the original item and they said this is the last decision and we’re not gonna reply to any questions. I contacted customer service many times but They told me we can’t help you. Be aware! Don’t buy any expensive item from amazon they gonna pick your pocket in daylight.

I clearly added "Ring Doorbell" And the packages are delievered barely on the porch. Top step. No door bell rang. I had to call home to make sure someone can go outside and pick it up.

For some reason Amazon has products for sale sold by Amazon.ca that can't be shipped to Canada lol tried talking to customer service they can't tell me anything. Say it has shipped to some people but won't tell me where. Tried where i lived. Also Ottawa Montreal and Toronto. With no luck. Seems like this is illegal to have a product thats not available for a sale price. Walmart Canadian tire etc are not allowed to do this why is amazon allowed

I've purchase hundreds of items from Amazon.ca. Their retailing practice, return policy, etc. is excellent. However, their delivery guys have made so many mistakes since the beginning it's not even funny - parcels were dropped off at the wrong address, called somebody else's telephone number and left the parcel with the wrong person; etc. Yesterday they dropped off my package, while the concierge was unavailable, with a label taped over my name and address. My concierge had to very carefully peeled it off to find out who the recipient was. I know delivery staff don't need high intelligence for their job, but this is definitely not acceptable from a human being.

If I bought 59 items from Amazon in the 90 days period and returned 5 items because they were damaged in shipping or failed with quality issues and I am getting an email threaten me will no long able to shop on Amazon. And with false statements that Amazon had contacted me multiple times before when this is the first email I received from Amazon. I think Amazon believe it is the only company on earth with people can shop. What a joke. Bye bye Amazon
