Customer Service at Amazon.it is nothing like the US parent company. Hurts me, being Italian, but 14 days shipping (and with no tracking number!!!) to return a package and 5-7 days after receipt and process of the return to get your money back is not a satisfactory process from the customer point of view. Shame on me...in Italy it's still better to get proper service at a traditional store.

I bought an item at Amazon Italy from Spain, and returner some days later because the invoice did not include the correct details and they would not fix it. Once the shipping company confirmed that they received the return, I contacted Amazon Italy and they said that I had not sent it to the Return Center… when I used the shipping address indicated by Amazon Italy!!!! After more messages, they said that they had received the package but they had not processed the return, so I had to wait one month after the shipping date. Now, after more than one month, they say that they have not processed the return and that, therefore, they don’t refund me!! The thing is that I have the return delivery documents with the Amazon Return Centre stamp from them!!! And they say that they don’t refund me?? If they have lost the package after they receive it, it should be their problem, not mine!!! Or maybe an employee there took it… again their problem!! Now they have my item back and they owe me more than 2.000€, that they don’t want to refund!! I will have to sue them and make the sentence public to show how they treat their customers!

FAST TO GET YOUR MONEY. THAT'S HOW FAR IT GOES I ordered a phone, spent Euros 700, never seen it. Never seen the refund. Terrible people at the chats. Useless, offensive and utterly dishonest. Waited for more than a month, I still have to see either a refund or the phone

For international shipments - forget it, amazon fullfillment sent me an echo 5 instead of an x box controller, i had to provide images of the parcel/ packing/ send return at my cost, was told that would be refunded, (it hasnt) im without the item i ordered 4 weeks ago and have now been told it could be 25 days before they process the return!!! all the while no item i ordered and no refund, absolutely the worst online experience in over 20 years. AVOID>

I ordered 4 items for black Friday. 2 cheaper ones arrived within 2 weeks, after waiting for a month and a half they told me they don't deliver those items to a neighboring country even though on the item page it said it did. I moved the delivery to Italy, waited for the delivery for 2 weeks only to be told it's not deliverable. I presume they decided they don't want to sell to me for black Friday prices after making me wait for 2 months

The Italian customer service is the worse I've ever experienced in my life. This agent, Matteo, it's not enough that he clearly didn't want to help, it made it clear he doesn't care. And, he just said: "I can't help, sorry". Then when I asked him how does he allow himself as a customer service agent to speak like that, and to literally refuse to help, he started to speak to me ruder, and he said, you know what, now I surely won't help you. That's Amazon customer service. I immediately canceled my membership. Never a cent again to this company.

If I could give it 0, I would. It is virtually impossible to complete an order. After trying for weeks I called to get help placing the order. Everything was accurate in check out, but their system would never complete the order. They tricked me into Amazon prime for an order that already qualified for free shipping, and said they'd fix it. They didn't. It continues not to work, They have now taken my money for NOTHING. I have now cancelled. Note...address good, card, in fact cards ..good, Amazon...bad.
