“Got the impression from Wayne that he was doing me a favour selling me the van. Any concern I raised was met with the response " All we,re talking about here is a £3000 no vat van". Getting any information was like pulling teeth. As a new start-up sole trader £3000 is a huge outlay for me. By the way, I,m very happy with the van, just not the customer service.”

“Excellent after sales service. Reported a faulty back door light cover months after buying my van and received a cheque in full payment for replacement within 24 hours of supplying receipt. Wish all businesses were like this!”

“Hello! I'm very pleased with the van but a little disappointed there was no movement on price( but that's what your salesman job is to get most out of me, maybe next time I will get a better deal)! The service was great and if I want a van again I will be back! Regards Tyrone”

“My dedicated saleman, Michael, was very professional, responsive, helpful and courteous throughout my transactions with Anchor Vans, from my very first call or enquiry to the final handover of my smart, gleaming van. All aspects of the purchase were hitch-free and the stages of the transaction flowed with timely and seamless precision. Michael collected me from the train station as arranged, and as soon as I alighted from the train. I drove my van off the premises well within the hour. I cannot praise Michael and the company more highly. The quality of service provided is world class and I am delighted with my van! Thank you so much, (RS from East Sussex, May 2015).”

“Very Good in difficult circumstances as our original salesman had to swap over to a new salesman for personal reasons. The van has been mechanically overhauled to a high standard. My only complaint was a faulty window had been missed and my own mechanic is rectifying this as it can be opened externally compromising security. Overall though satisfied and would have awarded a 5 if the window had been picked up upon inspection by your team”

“I am very happy with the van. The salesman Steve Gladwin was very straight and direct to deal with. I had a couple of small issues when I purchased the van which he promised me would be sorted out. True to his word he did everything that was asked and also very promptly. The customer service I have received from Steve has been outstanding and I wish him all the best in the future. I am glad that I made the journey to Padworth to get my new van and would not hesitate to go back . Dave P”

“Very courteous and helpful. The only let down was the spare key which has still not been sorted out as promised. The key has not been programmed properly even though it has been fully paid for. We were told the person who programmes the key will be in touch to meet up somewhere so he can re-programme the key. This has still not been done. I would very much appreciate a follow up. Regards, Manmohan”
