“Do not order from Anna Hariri she’s a thief ! I’ve ordered 4 dresses 5 months ago and never received any and no refund ! Thief’s! I spoke to her in person and when I comforted her she blocked me! Do not buy from her”

“I ordered 2 dresses and they never came. I was surprised that no word or email was sent to me with an explanation other than an automated apology saying there was a delay. I reached out asking for a refund instead but no response was given to me and I’m afraid I may have lost my money. Really poor store and client communication. And I still haven’t received any of my dresses. I don’t think you should take the risk, go shop somewhere else and save your time.”

“I ordered a dress and it did not come as it was looked in the post, so I request an exchange for it. I shipped the dress back for 22 dollars and waited for the next one to arrive. It arrived today. It took weeks for you to process the return and ship the second dress to me. However, the dress I requested was a large size, which is supposed to be US8, but the one that arrived is US4. I already paid one shipping fee and even picked a cheaper dress to exchange. Now I can not reach any customer service to resolve my issue.”

“I ordered 3 dresses longg time ago,only received 1 dress. I’m still surprised Anna Hariri is still active. When I sent my email it was never replied,and my money was never refunded. Please do not buy from this website. To me it’s a major big scam 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“Trashy quality since they moved to differ factory. Awful customer service - they are very rude! Blocked me on every social platform after I wrote in comments that they did not shipped my dresses. By the way, the dresses I ordered more than 2 years ago never got shipped to me. So, one day I got mad about this situation and wrote them comments under their posts in instagram and YouTube asking where are my dresses? No swear words were in my comments, but they deleted my comments immediately 😂 Now I am just laughing at it, but back then it was not funny at all. I mean, when I spend my money to buy something, I expect to receive the item, right? They had promised on their website to their customers to receive new dresses before Eid (Muslim holiday) but AnnahHariri are liers and scammers. I didn’t receive my dresses for Eid that year and I would never have receive them unless I would get very mad at them that day and commented on social media. If you just write an email to they customer service - they ignore you 100%👍 I will never order from them again and I am telling everyone I know about these scammers. They shipped different dresses for me 3 years after I ordered original dresses because they did not have any of those in stock anymore. Quality is trashy. They used to pay attention to details, for example even they buttons used to have their company name on them. But now it’s just cheap materials, bad sewing, nothing to look at. All what’s left is retouched pictures on their website concealing miserable textile quality and sloppy sewing.”

“I wish I could give negative stars to them. This company is a fraud. Please do not buy from them. I had placed an order and had to cancel it since my order was not dispatched on time. Despite of thier promise to issue a refund in 14 days, I never got a refund. They steal money from people.”

“Bezint eer je begint... Ik heb 3 jaar geleden 5 jurken besteld voor ca E300,-. Krijg ik aan de deur van de bezorger te horen dat ik eerst een naheffing moet betalen van meer dan E300,- eer ik mn bestelling kan ontvangen. Blijken ze de Turkse lira-teken te hebben vervangen voor een dollarteken wat zeker 3 nullen achter het bedrag bijkomt en moet ik daar 350 aan extra tax voor betalen. Eindeloos contact gezocht door zowel mij als de bezorger DHL bij het collegabedrijf DHL in Turkije en bij Anna Hariri, maar nauwelijks een reactie. Pakket heb ik dus niet geaccepteerd en werd geretourneerd. Nooit meer een mail of cent van hen gezien. Bespaar je het verdriet...eer je zelfrespect”

“What a scam of a website! Firstly, you pay $80 for clothing the quality of what you can buy on shein for $15. Second, the sizing is horribly off. The pants were completely see through even with the top covering the pants I did not feel comfortable with them. So of course, I initiate a return…on the website it says you have 14 DAYS to return you package. When I got their email saying my return was “approved” they state you have only FIVE DAYS to return the package! Then, shipping was $10 from Jersey to Florida! To return the package they only give you a return address. They don’t even provide you with a return shipping label. I ended up spending more on this outfit than what was needed. They make the return difficult in order for people to keep the clothing. Complete scam of a website and would NEVER order anything from this website again. I will also be letting everyone around me what a scam these people are! Oh and don’t bother calling the phone number provided because it doesn’t work!”

“Please do not order from them. My mother and I placed order back in early 2021 and have yet to receive all of our items. We’ve emails and called soooo many times and they have. I responded. I reached out a week ago requesting a refund and again.. no response. It awful ! I feel like they just steal people money”

“After reading these reviews now I regret making my purchase here, it is a shame I thought this company was legit. With over 6000 horrible reviews about the same complaint you would think they would care to fix the issue but unfortunately this sounds like a huge scam! Hopefully we can action to report it to the BBB or have them banned from the US. The phone number on their site for US customers is a cell phone which was never answered. They provided a tracking number which says “item not received at the carrier “ which is the UPS. Which means they just created the label with NO intention of sending my packages!! I kept emailing them, first few emails they responded but they stopped responding and instead sending me an automated email saying not to forget to check out my items in my art, same items I already paid for a week ago. Horrible!n I will dispute with my bank by Wednesday if I don’t get my items. Eid Mubarak!”

“Worst Customer Service and Incorrect Website Description. Ordered a dress recently and chose the size based on the size chart on their website which mentioned a 106 cm bust but when the dress arrived it was 115 cm. It was so large my wife couldn't wear it and when we contacted them they took no responsibility and told me the only option was to pay two more shipping fees (twice the price of the dress) to exchange for another size. Worst customer service ever.”

“I ordered from Annah Hariri over 2 years ago and never received my order. Emailing them trying to get help was completely useless. Hundreds of hard earned money completely stolen. Beware of being scammed. It’s been years and I should move on but it’s honestly so frustrating seeing all the ads they put out trying to continue to get new customers”
