“Its even 1 star is too much for them , I ordered 3 orders since march 2020 and I still didnt receive anything, They dont even respond to your email Im asking just for refund But they are not responding Theses are orders numbers US88873 US82538 US52077 They are liars , they just steal your money I want refund and I think they are my money and I have the right to ask for them”

“I made order on 9/2020 and it never came they kept sending automatic pathetic reply that due covid there will be late delivery and then they just ignore my emais I need my money back or the dresses! This is my order number ORDER US91881 they are 7 dresses!!!!!!”

“Unfulfilled promise date and order was not delivered This place is a scam. I ordered 3 dresses for my maternity shoot on September 6 2021. I followed up multiple times and was IGNORED when I asked for a refund. I am 8mo pregnant now and I had asked for a refund as I wouldn’t be able to fit in them anymore. NOT ONLY DID I NOT RECEIVE THE STUPID DRESSES- I was ignored and my bank will not refund me because the company provided proof that it was delivered a few weeks ago. I live in an apartment building and I do not see anywhere in my email that it was en route on delivery. You guys did a crappy thing to someone who tried to support a halal Muslim business. I am now out $123.53 never got dresses for my maternity shoot btw my first baby. I asked you for a refund 4x and you guys started ignoring me. I have the whole email thread. I will keep doing reviews until you guys refund me. Unacceptable”

“Placed a big order a few months ago, still waiting, seems a fraud. There must be a way to report them to the relevant authorities in all the countries as they are liars and do not deliver!”

“If I could take legal action against this company I would! They charge your card immediately and yet don't deliver. I have ordered 4 dresses and haven't received a single one of them. I wish there was a way we could alert people before they order because it is a big scam!”

“This website is the worse ever do not buy anything from them. I will not call it a scam since I did receive my order (after 1 and a half months), but when I returned back this order because I didn't like the fit, I didn't receive my money back. The conclusion is that I paid extra money to return the order back to them and in the end, they didn't refund me.. this is the worst shopping address I had to deal with in years. I waited almost 2 months for my refund and then when I send an email to complain they neither got back to my complain email in an attempt to apologize nor refund me !!!”

“The scam started in 2020, hidden behind the excuse of COVID, and almost two years later people have not received their orders nor a refund, communication is null, yet their social media is constantly showing new items. Orders created this year are also not being fulfilled. Check out the FB group and trustpilot reviews. It’s people with hundreds of dollars lost and no way to get it back. Do not support the scammers!”

“This is a scam! They lie and steal your money. They don’t deliver on orders and when they do they send the wrong items and refuse to fix their mistakes. They don’t reply to emails and messages and block you when you try and get their attention. They are the worst. Don’t waste your time or money on them. Stay far away!”

“Placed 2 orders. Clothes are well made but a size smaller than indicated. The first order I received within a week. The second order was placed 10/16/2021. I inquired 3 times and was informed they were backlogged. 11.26/2021 a UPS label was finally created but as of today, 12/13/2021, they have yet to send the package. Contacted customer service again, and was informed they were working on my order. This let's me know they do not read emails. To date, they have yet to respond and yet to ship. I will be filing a claim via my financial institute for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from here. Bad customer service as well as supply chain issues.”

“This company is completely a scam. Do not order anything from this company. I order afew dresses back in August 2, 2020 and I still have not receive my order. I emailed them so many times and contact them through their social media but they keep ignoring my email and message. I did not even get one response from them. This scammer company took afew hundred dollars from me that I work really hard to earn it. May Allah shut their company soon.”

“This is a scam company. Please don’t buy from this company. They are nice to you at replying until you can’t do anything about this. I order couple of dresses from them last October 2020. They told me up until September 2021 that due to Covid they were not able to work and will be shipping them soon. When till November 2021 I didn’t hear from them, I emailed them, but I am not getting any reply from them. What a SCAM. I am down couple hundred dollars.  I am feeling angry and hopeless. It’s my hard earned money and ANNA HARRIRI SCAMMER just took them away from me. These people should go to HELL.”

“Beware ! Anna Hariri is a Scam, in arabic (HARAMI). Paid for 2 orders and had to wait almost a year after chasing with hundreds of emails, responded only four of them. All those responses with false promises which they never fulfilled. Every time a new person responded and when you reply, that person don't exist there. Avoid giving business to these scammers.”

“Untrustworthy company. I never got the item and the company told us because of the pandemic they were experiencing issues. We were understanding for months. I even reached out to customer service and I got a response from Jose and then when I asked if they can’t give me my item why can’t they refund me my money and that’s when the email stopped.”
