“I ordered a product online one month ago. It has still not arrived. I have called the company multiple times in the past month and nothing has changed. They forgot to add the customs form and it's sitting with DHL at the border. The head office has not processed multiple requests from the customer service agents. I do not recommend ordering online from this company.”
