Good customer service is a hallmark of an excellent company. Of course, product, delivery and price all factor in, but without people representing and reflecting the standards of a company, it is not complete. Jennifer communicated effectively, followed through with details and maintained professional demeanor throughout as she worked with me. I am grateful.

Shipping time is a huge negative!!! It’s 2023…I believe they can up their game in this area! Customer service is decent, but could only find email not phone, and the responses are hilariously scripted and condescending… “We understand your excitement to receive your order, but…”HOWEVER, if you can wait 3 weeks, the products are AMAZING and prices seem to be on par or slightly better than other retailers. I ordered 6-7 items and love every piece I received! They are all large and substantial in weight. The “found” pieces look authentic and are great for mixing a touch of old with modern. I will definitely shop there again, but very inconvenient if it’s for a gift, as stated, the shipping time reminds me of the 80’s when COD was a thing and 4-6 weeks delivery was the norm! If they would improve in this area, it would be my new go-to store and would get 5 stars!!!

There was a small mix-up when I first ordered due to myself not to antique but everything came out and I love love my picture service was wonderful delivery was great packaged very well quality work I would recommend them thank you Peggy

I have ordered atleast 4 times from this company. I have a few complaints. 1st one is lack of communication on answering the email to find out where my product may be. Finally all most 6 weeks later I get my item. I order again thinking just bad luck but nope again 6 weeks and finally I ask for a refund. If you have months to wait and don't mind never hearing from them then this is the place to shop. Good luck.

I wasn’t told until AFter purchase that it would take up to 15 business days to ship. 6 days left and no communication with antique farmhouse. The money left my account within the hour of purchase with an email explaining the no refund

Yes, 15 days is longer than I'm used to waiting, but when I made an inquiry I got a straightforward and honest answer from Jen, the customer service representative, about my shipment.

I have been an Antique Farmhouse customer for a few years and have never had any problems with my orders. This last order though was a bit problematic. I was very happy with the way Kim handled the situation and her ability to resolve the issue. A very caring and knowledgeable customer service representative.
